Van Dorn Plaza is a small strip mall with a good selection of stores and friendly, helpful employees. It includes essential businesses like Subway and O'Reilly's, creating a welcoming community. Visitors have enjoyed the various stores and restaurants, finding the food and service to be excellent. However, the plaza needs better lighting and parking lot maintenance, especially at night, as it can be very dark and feels unsafe. Replacing some stores, like Hobby Lobby, with a small grocery store could make it even more useful for the neighborhood. Overall, it has potential with a few improvements.

    Parking can be messy sometimes otherwise stores are usually good.

    McDonald's. Westlake Ace. Rolling Wok brings in the business. Oh there's a Subway too. The Eatery is popular, yet to eat there.
