Went there to get a new phone but was immediately kicked out of the store because I had my service dog with me and they do not allow any service animals. These people can go to hell. Another Verizon located at 5141 O st and these people are super friendly, great customer service and super staff. No problems there and as long as your pet behaviors uou can bring them in there. They accepted my service dog.

Where do I start about this store and Verizon as a company? I have been with Verizon since they bought out Alltel back in 2008, yep that's right 16 years. Every year the bill goes up and customer service gets terrible. I had a payment arrangement made with the Verizon chat team and they said my phone would not get turned off. For some reason, I took a couple of screenshots of the chat. Guess what! Verizon turned my phones off the afternoon before I got paid for $130. I did everything to try to get to customer service but they wanted me to pay the money before I could talk to someone. I finally found a way but was put on hold and passed around to different people for 4 hours! So, today I have had enough, I walked into this store and wanted my service shut off and to give back my two phones. OH NO, they can't do that at the store as they all stand around doing nothing! AARON gets involved with an attitude from the time he started talking to me just to say I can only disconnect you for 3 reasons but wait they just said they could not do it! Now all 3 reasons do not apply to me! Well because I wanted my phones shut off and returned I was not leaving and AARON called the cops on me. He did nothing to calm me down or find out what really happened or what might have happened. Don't you think you would want to find out why a customer of 16 years was so upset? These guys are rude and disrespectful to one woman just asking to disconnect my service because I was done with Version. I didn't want anything, not the phones, the phone numbers nothing! What happened to going into Verizon and sitting down with someone to discuss your bill? 16 years and a lot of money later and this is how you get treated over the phone and in the store! I have been on the phone now with Verizon for over an hour just trying to get them shut off for good but they had no problem shutting me off for $130 the night before. I should have left them off! I wish I could give this store and AARON a big zero!

Showed up to get my phone warrantied, the kid helping me well that was supposed to help me, he had no concern and kept telling me they won't warranty my phone. He was absolutely no help and also a smart a**. Long story short, i placed a call to online support and they got me taken care of no problem at all.

I’ve never had a more pleasant, quick, or well explained phone experience in all my years of going to Verizon or its competitors. Jeremy and James were extremely friendly and knowledgeable in presenting me all of my options while simultaneously communicating with the other member on my phone plan from across the country. Seriously recommend going here if you want to get a great explanation of all Verizon’s plans and their products with fast and friendly service. Thanks again!

Jeremy rocked, he took his time to help me when I couldn’t get my password to reset on my account. He had to make a call to delete my prepaid account then restart it. Thank you so much for your time and effort to help me.

Bought 4 phones and switched my whole family over to Verizon plans with mobile protect. The salesman was dishonest about the military discount and it ended up being $15 less than what we were told. They also didn't tell us about the $80 of fees every billing cycle. Then when I opened my phone, I found a scratch over the selfie camera area. When we went back the next day to ask them about these things, the lady was rude and told us there was nothing she could do. She basically said it wasn't her problem. Then when I asked about the scratch, she laughed at me and said "that's just normal wear and tear. You should have gotten a screen protector." I literally haven't even used it except to transfer data. I've never experienced such awful customer service. She just laughed at us and told us tough luck

Jeremy was a great help, fixed my problem in 2 minutes when a partner Verizon store tried to tell me I needed to get a new phone because my screen was broken. Any problems I’m coming here!

I’ve been coming here for years. As a matter of fact, I came a few days ago to get the new IPhone 15 pro max and have always been treated the best. However, I went on Saturday with my husband because he also wanted a new phone. We waited 45 minutes to even be seen. I get it, it was a Saturday so they were kind of busy. But, the sales person, Bre, eventually came to get us. I asked as we were walking if she has any more Pro Max available since the manager, Jeremy said they might not have any, but to ask the sales person what phones they have available. She responded with an attitude ‘No.’ We sat down and my husband actually ordered a phone online, but canceled it. She said we’re going to have to call customer service and since it was a Saturday, she said that we were going to wait forever, so she was going to kick us out of line and move onto the next person. We ended up and just left without a phone. Maybe customer service isn’t her thing. Maybe she was having a bad day.

Great customer service at 27th and Superior Store. Helped me get my business devices updated. In and out in 30 minutes. The manager, Jeremy, and specialist Shy we’re super helpful and answered all questions I had.

Maybe 2 stars only for payment at the kiosk. Went in to ask a question about our plan, and the guy hands the husband a paper and says, "Call the phone number. Aked to order a new phone, the guy says why we don't have 5G here in Lincoln, so what's the use? Since they have moved locations, they suck! Going to O street from now on
