PLEASE, save yourself the hassle and do not go to a Victra. Go to an actual Verizon. Victra’s are awful. The can’t do much other than sell you something and then when you have defective equipment you’ll get ping-ponged back and forth between Verizon and Victra because Verizon can only do so much when you buy from Victra and Victra can only do so much because they’re not Verizon.

This store has sold a device to someone who is not authorized on my account twice. The most recent time it happened, the store manager admitted to me, when I went in asking for a copy of the signed documents, that he bypassed the security to prevent this specific thing from happening, after I asked if they ID everybody at the store. When they said yes, I asked how someone who was not me, was able to finance a device in my name if ID was checked. at that point, he admitted he bypassed security protocols. He promised a follow-up or resolution of some sort. That was on January 6th. It is now February 21st, and I have not heard one peep from the store.
Update it is now june 24, and this store never reached back out.

It's a store near me and the service seems better. (I was at a Verizon store staff seemed as though my ? Were a bother)

Justin was very helpful and polite, my old phone was completely dead when I showed up looking to upgrade it. He helped work around some issues and helped me pick out the right accessories. He was very knowledgeable and polite and helped me understand my options and all the costs and fees so I wouldn’t be surprised. I wish it was always this easy! Thank you so much Justin!

I was presented upgrade options after my SIM card quit working. Although they were able to get my phone working again with the secondary SIM card, there was pressure on any options. I ended up upgrading and they had everything in stock that I wanted. Great customer service and they dealt with my 2 young kids with me.
