“Amazing staff. Changed vets about 6 years ago when my family moved but had used their services my entire life prior to then. Our new vet was closed and I had to euthanize my girl so came back. They'd been the ones to provide the same service in 2019 for my other childhood dog so I knew they would be good. Carlos specifically was amazing this weekend when I had to bring my girl in. Explained the process very well, introduced everyone who would enter the room, and was so gentle with her when taking her to get her IV and when wrapping her up after the fact. The way he pet her and talked to her (and me) made me feel safe leaving her with him post-mortem. Even after death he was so gentle with her.
All of the staff were wonderful--always have been.

They were all incredibly kind and were able to effectively diagnose and treat our cat. While this isn't our usual vet, we were still treated like a priority. We highly recommend this team and will go back to them if our regular vet is ever unable to see us.”

“I had a wonderful experience yesterday when my puppy was sick. My daughter took him in and they treated my daughter with respect and took care of the pup amazingly! Great communication with me since I couldn't be there and they didn't try to upcharge us or suggest treatment that wasn't necessary. We had to take him to the emergency vet on 9th for overnight care and that experience was less than favorable.”

In our hearts we knew she wouldn’t be coming home and we’d have to make the tough decision to say goodbye. The staff were all so compassionate and gave us as much time as we needed to grieve and say our final goodbyes. I’m still so heartbroken, but VES was amazing to work with. My cat has had an ear infection and we ended up switching to Belmont and doc was able to look in ear and prescribe oral meds instead of what Petco vetcare did they put her at more risk administering meds directly in her ear but Belmont saved me lab fee and has Staenk back to her normal playful self. THEY EXCEPT carecredit. The called and checked on her a few days after her 1st appt. They're great at contacting for apps. Let me reschedule for the same day when I over slept for original appt. ALL AROUND THEYRE FLIPPING AMAZING. IF YOUR PET ISNT GOING TO Belmont VetCare then get them there:)”
