We came very high anxiety as our dog ripped her side open on a bolt. Everyone was comforting even when I'm sure we were one of the crazy pet owners. Our fur baby is doing great with 22 stitches to get her fixed.

Called to see if our dog needed seen and was told yes bring your guy in and the very rude receptionist told us his private part being stuck OUT was not an emergency until the kind tech came out and said yes it was
