I guess it depends on who you speak with the lady I talked to last night was very helpful and encouraging she made me feel like we would figure it out I just needed to get there safely. I made it this morning with my daughter and the lady I met with was dismissive and condescending. She didn’t seem to really understand why a mission isn’t dash hiding for someone fleeing violence. There were no DV resources offered.

I went in person and called to talk to someone who does the parenting classes and all I got was someone will contact you if they feel there program is a fit for me known I was told by my worker to contact them for parenting classes because it's court order. But nobody haven't contacted me back about the program.

What a joke, stuck me in a room to fill out paperwork then left me there WHEN I'm in a state of crisis. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. WHILE I WAS LEAVING SOME LADY SAYS WELL IF YOU NEED Anything, WE'RE HERE FOR YOU...what a Freaking JOKE!!! Makes me sad and frustrated. While, I was sitting in the room Waiting all alone, with a crisis to handle and take action on, these Two ladies decided to sit down and Start talking, not work related. Absolutely Horrible Advocacy for true individuals Seeking assistance in a time if need.

They are stingy as heck with the resources. They won't tell you what they've got and don't offer anything without you asking. If you say you need clothing they will refer you elsewhere unless you specifically ask for a voucher. They're attempting to send PREGNANT women out the door with zero. The receptionist isn't very welcoming or informative on the phone. The experience was discouraging AF!!
