The guy working there Sunday morning 2-11-24 can't read insurance cards properly. Claimed the effective date on my insurance card was the expiration date and adamantly refused to even check it in their systems. How do you work in a place that deals with insurance constantly and make that stupid of a mistake? Let alone not double check like it's your job.

It's constant last minute fills hours right up to closing numerous times have been right at closing and the disorder the clutter its so unorganized in their they do lose scripts in and amongst others I've been on that side and witnessed it more than once they literally bounce off of each other over there it's odd watching them no urgency in anything yet 20 employees pairing up to do a customer's order the buddy system doesn't work here and lines are legendary here polite yet not home for sure when talking to some of the people who are filling the position disorganized is putting it mildly

Their drive through lane staff needs to pay attention to whose turn it is and not skip people who have been waiting MUCH longer than the car who guesses which lane will be helped next correctly.

What has happened to the Pharmacy department in regard to customer service in the drive through on 70th and Pioneer in Lincoln. It took 35 minutes with one car in front of me. So slow and incompetent. Gave them all my info and payment, doesn't send out my RX then starts helping the other car. That car arrived after me and took off before me??? Staff needs more training and that is the responsibility of the Pharmacists.

We used to go to this pharmacy for years as it is so close to our house but a year or so ago they became terrible in everyway. I believe they changed pharmacists. Slow, inaccurate, apathetic. We actually drive to a different drug store much farther away just to avoid this one. So aggravating driving BY this pharmacy to go to a functional one. Like a constant reminder of their ineptitude. Unfortunately not all my meds have been switched to the new pharmacy yet so I still have to put up with them.

I will NEVER come back to this pharmacy. Dr sent script over 3x and they kept saying they never received it, but then contradicted themself and said they did receive it, then they said they never received it. Finally had dr send it to CVS and it was filled right away. This place had lines both in and outside in the morning and the afternoon. Stay away!!!!!!

The pharmacy employees are extremely friendly but they all move so slow, everytime I come here I'm waiting no less than 30 minutes just to be able to talk to someone. There's no sense of urgency at all

Just tried to get my prescription filled here. They seemed to have lost it, again. So disorganized, prescriptions bags were scattered on the floor everywhere. They seemed to have trouble finding everyone's prescription. Needless to say, I switched pharmacies.

I give Tobin, a pharmacy assistant 5 stars. He always has a warm smile and is ambitious to serve you. He maintains a great attitude even when a lot of people wait in long lines. He is a cool cat under pressure.Outside the Pharmacy area, the store is clean and maintains organized aisles. When you go down the candy aisle, it looks like a tornado hit. It is hard to find your favorite Candy bar when you need to satisfy your sweet tooth. There is a lot of room to improve my favorite aisle of the store. When it comes to customer service, I see a lot of unwelcoming customer service representatives. I see angry and sad facial expressions. It is like they all drank the same poison and they regurgitate bad attitudes. It is unfortunate to see this when it used to be a fun place to pick up a few things. Everyone smiled and greeted me with a fuzzy welcome. I kind of hold the management accountable for the decline of epic leadership. They are nowhere to be found. I only see them when a problem surfaces. They need to regroup and create a culture that drives customers to the store. Making each customer feel good about shopping there would be a foundation for molding an atmosphere of the "Wow" experience. It is not all bad. There are a few good apples that give you the ultimate customer experience. One customer service representative stands out and her name is Penny. She knows frequent shoppers by name. When I see her glowing face, I know I will be treated like royalty. It is a feel-good feeling you get when someone says your name. With that being said, I believe in second chances. Building a happy culture for the employees I believe they will create the "Penny" experience!

We've stopped at this pharmacy a few times, and they never have the medicine ready until we pull up, then it's always "it's about ready, give us 15 minutes." We could have placed the order 4 hours or 4 days ahead, almost always the same experience. I'm assuming they just wait until someone calls/stops to ask about it before they actually fill the simple order. Other Walgreens I've been to have never had this much trouble.

Prescriptions were scheduled to pick up at 12:00p on Tuesday. Went at 1:00p Wednesday and still had to wait... lesson learned-call before picking up to confirm status. This is the third time this has happened-seems like prescriptions are rarely ready for pick up when promised...

I am so sick of this place. We have used Walgreens for 10 years (for the convenience of drive-through) and I am about to change pharmacies because this place has gotten so horrible.Every car in the drive-through now takes 10-15 minutes to complete their transaction. The second lane is inexplicably closed about half of the time. One day, they just came out and told everyone who had been sitting there for 30 plus minutes that their system was down and they couldn't fill prescriptions. Verification systems have gotten inconsistent customer service is hit and miss at best. And I swear that the guy that (eventually) got me my prescription today sounded like he was stoned out of his gourd. Not to mention all the times I go to pick up prescriptions to be told "It will be ready in 15 minutes if you want to come back." Partial fills, inconsistent automatic refills, the place is a bad joke.Find somewhere, anywhere else.
