Walgreens at 70th and Pioneer in Lincoln, NE.If you get your prescription medications at this particular location, you may want to rethink it. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the pharmacy is like a three-ring circus. They are understaffed for the amount of customers they have. You wait in long lines. And many times, they don't have your medication ready or they simply cannot find your prescriptions. The racks are overflowing with prescriptions. You can see patients names which I believe is a HIPPA violation. They are highly unorganized. Staff are bumping into each other line they were on a scavenger hunt lining for patients prescriptions.Since this was my third attempt to pick up my medication, I am changing pharmacies and it won't be another Walgreens.I am shopping for a new pharmacy that is well organized, has a system in place to find prescriptions, and a place that keeps more stock of your medication. The customer service is acceptable but nothing to write home about. We have choices and voices can make a difference!

Very slow service and most times than not they don't have my prescriptions filled by the time they say they will. Very frustrating

I don't know when they stop caring about helping customers with problems with insurance. They used to reach out to insurance company is a Medicare but not anymore. I'm ending my business with Walgreens and switching to CVS since they were the ones willing to reach out and solve insurance issues for me.

If you wanna talk about bottom of the barrel… you’re talkin about this place. Charged me for a completely wrong prescription then gave me the wrong prescription, and they tried to not refund me… absolute joke of a pharmacy

literally the worst experience every time. Don't bother visiting if you're in a hurry or don't have much time in your day. expect a 30 minute wait in the pharmacy drive thru.

Avoid @ all costs, worst Walgreens in town, by far. Manager Chris will not care if you are attacked in the store.

Not very good had to sit in line in the drive thru for the pharmacy bc they refuse to do their jobs. Watched more than a couple of pharmacists walk right passed the window and blow off helping the only employee trying to get everyone inside and outside checked out.

To the pharmacy tech working the drive thru tonight... I am sorry for how the lady in the lane next to me treated you. I don’t know what the whole situation was because I only heard bits and pieces. But no one, absolutely no one should talk to anyone the way she talked to you. Every time I come in/ drive thru, you are always so sweet and kind. I hope that lady realizes, regardless of her situation, she should have never talked to you that way. You never know what anyone is going through, be kind. I hope your night gets better and I hope that lady’s night gets better as well. You’re doing amazing!

I have used this Walgreen's Pharmacy for years , I go right by this store to my doctor. Now they have started closing earlier which I can work around being 30 miles away. Lately its been taking longer and longer to get my prescription refilled and most of them are mailed to me as they have been for years from this Walgreen's. The last time I waited for almost a week for them to fill my prescription and when I called a very rude lady said they had 5 pills only and I could pick them up and they would call when the rest are in. I told her to mail them out as usual. She got very rude and said they never mail out prescriptions. I said that unusual because you have for years and it even said (mail out) on the pill bottles. She then very rudely , I will mail them out this time but never again. This Walgreen's , were the ones that asked me years before if I wanted them mailed out. When my refills were ready I wound get an automated call saying my prescriptions were ready but when I went to pick them up some had not been filled yet so they said they would mail out all my prescription. I live over 30 miles away so that over 60 mile trip when they say my prescription are ready and they are not. I have found a new pharmacy that wants my business. Maybe that why they are closing earlier because of how they are treating there customers
