Just some problems getting my prescriptions the last few years.
They say every pharmacy is having problems.
Anyway I have several family members who still go here so I get some of my prescriptions here still.

Recently had a partial fill for a prescription. Got two vials that they had in stock at the time. They said they would owe me the remaining six. So they ran a claim for the two vials, which charges as a full month supply copay, and then proceeded to bill for the remaining six vials. My copays are paid based on 30 day supply. So I got billed for a month copay for a 14 day supply (two vials) since my dose is one vial per week. Then they ran a separate claim for the remaining six vials, four for a month copay plus two (14 day supply) for another month claim. In the end, I would’ve received a two month supply while insurance is being billed for a three month supply. This is fraud by double billing. I will be reporting this, but I just wanted to let people know about this fraudulent practice and to be aware to ensure quantities are being billed correctly.

Wow what a bad experience. Employees were all too busy to help us buy the perfume that was behind a locked glass door. Stood around for 20 minutes with no one helping us.

So disappointed in this pharmacy lately! This place gets worse and worse! A few times I’ve had my son‘s prescription sent here assuming it would be filled and they are unable to get the medication in stock. They don’t even notify me they just don’t fill it and when I show to pick it up, they inform me then that it’s not in stock and I have to search for a new pharmacythat carries it. And when I try to pick up my daughter’s prescription, they only have partials half the time, and even then I always have to come back because they’re short staffed and don’t have them filled. However, when I return, I end up sitting in the drive-through for 45 minutes while the car in front of me, set at the window waiting for their prescription to be fill . Completely unacceptable I was not allowed to sit and wait for my prescription to get filled.

They mess up prescriptions constantly. I picked up a prescription in the beginning of June. The bottle was labeled incorrectly and the quantity was incorrect. They even had a pharmacist call me back with the proper instructions. I called today and their system is showing different instructions and a different quantity. They made a mistake and instead of admitting it and correcting it, they tried to make me feel like I'm wrong or lying. Unprofessional

Walgreens at 70th and Pioneer in Lincoln, NE.If you get your prescription medications at this particular location, you may want to rethink it. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the pharmacy is like a three-ring circus.They are understaffed for the amount of customers they have. You wait in long lines. And many times, they don't have your medication ready or they simply cannot find your prescriptions.The racks are overflowing with prescriptions. You can see patients names which I believe is a HIPPA violation.They are highly unorganized. Staff are bumping into each other line they were on a scavenger hunt lining for patients prescriptions.Since this was my third attempt to pick up my medication, I am changing pharmacies and it won't be another Walgreens.I am shopping for a new pharmacy that is well organized, has a system in place to find prescriptions, and a place that keeps more stock of your medication.The customer service is acceptable but nothing to write home about. We have choices and voices can make a difference!

I hate hate HATE this pharmacy location. They’re very rude. I had a script sent here for pain medication, as I have a torn ligament in my hip I’m waiting for surgery on next week. They kept telling me I couldn’t fill it til such and such date. I came back on the date they told and they said I couldn’t fill it til 5 days later (again). This entire time, my doctor had written in the script for the prescription to be filled days ago and they’ve just been blatantly ignoring that and treating me like some junkie off the street. I have a legitimate medical condition as to why I am prescribed the pain Med, I’m awaiting surgery. Never have I ever abused any medications. I do not recommend this pharmacy. They treat you like your dirt. Especially pharmacists Jaicee and Lynette.
