Bought some stuff from them, that had a 33% off sign underneath (also said the product on the yellow sign) when we got to the registrar. Those items didn't ring up as the posted price. So I mentioned that to the employee. Who pretty said I most have seen it wrong! So I went back and took a picture of those signs. That employee claimed "He couldn't do anything about it since I had already finished the transaction. Him and the other employee (female) seemed like they really didn't know what they were doing and definitely came off as undertone rude. Walgreens seems like they need to train their employee a bit more

I purchased gift cards for each of seven (7) kids to all buy personalized photo Commuter Mugs for my wife and I (our kids and there family are grown and scattered about the country) as a simple Christmas gift to us. Turns out the gift cards cannot be used on online photo purchases even though it specifically says on the back of the card they CAN be used for online purchases.

Called the pharmacy to get my two meds transfered from another pharmacy..and I am almost out. He ask if I needed them today..Friday, or if I can wait until tomorrow. I told him I could wait not realizing they are closed sat and Sunday. I will be hurting by monday

People in the pharmacy are completely incompetent made my wife cry all because the technician Stephanie deleted the prescription and blamed my wife needless to say we called our dr. Immediately and changed where we get our meds at. If I could I’d give 0 stars

Being chased and yelled at by an employee while looking for items isn’t a very welcoming thing. Please train your employees to not profile based one appearance. I had no bag no baggy clothes just tattoos and piercings. Didn’t appreciate being chased and yelled at for shopping.
