Walgreens pharmacy was FAST! It took under 30 minutes for them to have my Rx ready for pickup. The drive thru was fast, and they were very friendly & professional!

The folks at this store need to be retrained on etiquette and de-escalation. Witnessed an awful interaction that could have been prevented if the employees actually respected people shopping in the store. The 19 year old at the counter. I only know she is 19 because some guy was yelling at another person for her. She should not be working with customers if she is going to send folks after customers to accost them on her behalf, because of her inability to conduct herself appropriately at work. I saw the whole interaction between her and the rightfully upset customer and I’m disappointed in the behavior of this stores staff.

Never had issues with this pharmacy until recently. The employees are a bit rude and unprofessional.

They actually gave me the wrong meds once. Then they forgot to reorder meds, refused a partial refill and refused to transfer prescription to another store. I'm surprised they haven't killed someone.

I love this place. Everyone is always so nice, and for all those that expect a prescription to just appear in their hands in seconds... YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO NEEDS MEDS.
There are checks, balances, and procedures to giving out things that you can only get through a Physician.
Yeah, are there times it takes longer, but insurance, having TWO drive-thru windows, older (possibly slower) folks, impatient people, internet issues.. these are things that simply happen.
I don't go there unless I have at least 20 to 30 minutes to kill. Cause it's busy. It's a prime northern Lincoln location. But guess what? 98 times out of 100, I have 20 extra minutes to kill.
We're all human, and even bad attitudes here and there can be looked past with the right positive outlook.
Overall, this Walgreens is awesome and those Pharmacy folks deserve a lot more gratitude than they receive. ❤️

Walgreens has lost my business today after 35 plus years. Krista in the pharmacy is the reason. She’s a bully, rude, and very unprofessional. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt the first time that she was rude that she was just having a bad day. But, it’s every time! I feel bad for the other employees that work there.

The girl didn’t really want to help me look for the photo. Waited for 20’ and no body helped. I had to leave without the photo I ordered since I was in a hurry and due to her bad attitude.
