Everything was so clean, and the people on duty helped me find what I needed. They were very kind. Thank you very much, guys.

Do not use there prescription delivery especially the same day service the pharmacy is too incompetent to actually get the medication packaged up and sent out in the same day, even though the medication was ready to be shipped.

Usually I have a decent experience here. My husband needed flu medication and antibiotics. Could hardly understand the person in the window, told us to come back in 10 minutes despite our care provider putting on the order 30 minutes beforehand. Come back 10 minutes later, could understand them less, told us the flu meds weren't even stocked and we would have to wait until tomorrow. Frustrating experience.

Was told to wait 10 minutes for my prescription, was then turned away saying was out of stock when I came back for it. Could not understand teller at pharmacy because she spoke with too thick of an accent. Do not recommend

I live nearby so I've enjoyed shopping at this location. You don't have to worry about half a dozen people camped out in front of the store like the one downtown and it's clean. I met some really nice Associates at 70th & O, very friendly and efficient. However, my visit to this store yesterday was a huge disappointment and has changed my opinion completely. When I entered, the only Assoc/Cashier behind the counter up front was chatting w/someone she clearly knew personally. The friend kept saying her goodbyes yet they continued their conversation and small talk for 2mins more...all while I'm standing at the register, waiting on her to assist me. It was a long 2mins. I was the only one in line at the time. I waited and waited and waited then finally just walked over to Photos for help. I advised that Assoc about what occurred at the front, that I was ignored while the Cashier carried on and on with her buddy as I stood there waiting. She offered a scripted apology and said she could help me. My transaction was loading money on a debit card, which I've done many times at that store and others in Lincoln. Until yesterday I have never been asked for my ID to add money to a card. Never. But yesterday the Assoc decided to do so, then checked my bills as if they were counterfeit. When she scanned my ID I didn't say a word...I just observed. It was obvious she realized she wasn't supposed to do that because she had to redo some steps and mumbled a few words about making a mistake. Once my transaction was completed we both bid each other good day and I left. I was fuming. I was embarrassed. I was annoyed. And I felt disrespected. In my perspective, the first Cashier ignored me and felt her time was worth more than mine then the second Cashier didn't appreciate my complaint so she treated me like a criminal attempting to pull a fast one. SMH. I really liked this location (past tense). I made quite a few attempts to speak with a Manager when I got home but the call either kept ringing w/no answer or kept getting disconnected. I've always treated customer service employees with respect and empathy because it's the right thing to do and it's how I'd want to be treated. Moving forward, this location's Associates should do the same.

Staff is rude and stuck up. I was released from the hospital from having surgery and the pharmacy manager was incredibly rude and condescending. If this is the standard of customer service it's no wonder Walgreens is going out of business. I'll be taking my business to CVS across the street. They are kind and listen and help customers unlike the pharmacy management at Walgreens at this location.

This is the first time I’ve used the 70th & O pharmacy. It was Sunday (9-22-24). The pharmacist and techs on duty were the best! I had a ridiculously horrible time trying to fill one prescription. It was all due to an error at the clinic I went to (and they were then closed). The staff offered helpful ideas to problem solve, were patient with my tons of questions and calling to check on updates. Finally, got the clinic to send the script to the right place. The staff helped me find coupons to cut my cost over half…which was a great relief since I was paying out of pocket. They also quickly filled it so I could get my injured kiddo home. The best pharmacy team I’ve dealt with in years.

You ask me why I no longer shop or I don't visit the pharmacy anymore is because except the cashier's the managers on duty or the store mamger Tyson are so unpleasant to talk to they need to take a course how to treat a customer and not to put plam on the customer they don't admit they made a mistake or try to explain nicely instead raising there voice on me I try to explain my concerns and he just shoved me off like he don't want to listen what I am trying to say I hate that place and I will make sure and you can count on it that none of my family will ever ever visit this location and I will transfer my parents prescription to CVS
All I ask him is to listen just to busy to give me 5 minutes of his time I left without knowing what is going to happen to my transfer all he said talk to Western union he just couldn't get rid of me fast enough

They tried to sell / apply me for a credit card without telling me that they were!
Upon check out the cashier told me that for a limited time if you answered a few questions you would get a $50 in store credit.
That being said, I actually thought he was referring to a survey of some sort. But after asking me for some personal information, he sled a MasterCard terms and conditions pamphlet onto the counter. I then asked wait are you trying to sign me up for a credit card and he said yeah. I then told him I was not interested in signing up for a credit card through Walgreens.
This is a totally unacceptable practice for trying to get someone to sign up for a credit card. No employee of a business should try to bait someone into signing up for a credit card without even mentioning in the conversation that you would get a in-store credit if you signed up for a credit card. Saying that you're going to get an in-store credit by just answering a few questions with no mention of a credit card is really scummy.
