Just waited in line at the drive thru at Walgreens 70th and Pioneer. As usual, service here is slow - so I wait. In fact, I wait so long that I turn my vehicle off after each time I move up a space. Then I finally get to pull up to the window at 1:30 and watch all the pharmacists file out the door for their lunch break after they stick a "No pharmacist available" sign in the window. Can't 2 or 3 of the pharmacists stagger their lunch? This is a terrible policy!! There's no reason that they all have to go to lunch at the same time. Sign or not, this is terrible customer service!! I know that there are several fine pharmacists and techs that work at this Walgreens. But it would be basic common courtesy to either have someone finish the line of waiting cars, or go out 10 minutes early and put cones up with a sign outside where customers can actually see it. That way they don't have to wait and waste their time only to get turned away. Or maybe Walgreens doesn't consider their customers' time important.

Pharmacy worker was very snarky, rude, and not helpful. So many prescriptions get messed up. I have stayed because they are close, this is not worth it

Huge waiting in the drive through lines any time you visit. Hate to have my prescriptions routed to this location. Dont know the reason why they take for ever for every single customer. Been seeing the same issues since months. Hope they hire some good experienced people with solid computers, their data always gets over written by the old address reflecting 10 years back address.

The pharmacy staff at this location is incredibly incompetent. Working with the staff at this location has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences of my life.I have problems with my prescriptions getting filled every month. They are always able to figure it out after I push back, and explain that they are mistaken and that this happens every month. They then have to get 3 people involved, talk amongst each other and "do it again". Everything somehow then magically works.I have given this location almost a year to improve their process, train staff, etc., but it's now time to move on. Driving an extra 15 minutes to a different pharmacy will end up saving me hours over the course of the next year.

Tyler, who introduced himself as a manager is awful. Just because I am over 60 does not mean I am stupid. Tyler made it very apparent he could not be bothered to help me so I had to drive to another Walgreens location to complete my shopping. Why does a customer.havr to drive to a different location to get assistance?

I am a pharmacist at another local pharmacy, and I called this Walgreens location on a Saturday evening to get some transfers for a customer who had called me wanting to transfer their prescriptions here. The pharmacist there was so incredibly rude because she was worried about the fact that I called five minutes before she closed. She didn’t know how she was going to get this done in five minutes. She kept bringing it up that she closed in five minutes. We’re not even open on the weekends. I came in and was working on my day off so that I could help patients get their medication’s more efficiently. And she was worried about getting off in five minutes on time so she doesn’t have to stay a minute late? I wish I would have told her that I was working on my day off but it probably wouldn’t have even registered. I honestly didn’t know they closed in five minutes, or I would’ve waited till the next business day. But I even told her that I could wait until the next day because it wasn’t something that I absolutely need it tonight. Then she started snapping at me saying well I’m not here tomorrow so I have to get this done tonight. I said “Surely there’s another pharmacist there tomorrow that can take care of that for you right?”I totally see why that patient wanted to transfer here after my interaction today!!! I can’t even count the number of times I’ve voluntarily stayed late or worked my days off or came in early, et. Etc, so that I could help my patients!!!

They will email you TWICE when your prescription is “ready for pick up” and when you arrive, you’ll discover your prescription has not even arrived at their location! Super professional.

Worst pharmacy ever. They have no clue what they are doing most of the time and they dropped the ball on giving me Zofran so I could take my pain pills after having major surgery for cancer. Otherwise I just throw it up. I always wait 45 mins for my prescription. They say it will be ready in 20-30 mins and then it’s never done. I’ve had a prescription sent there and it took 3 days to fill. They fill half the prescriptions sent there sometimes I just think they don’t a s**t. Nobody knows how to work anymore and actually make sure it’s right it’s a shame. Do better Walgreens 70th and pioneers!!!!!!!!!! . Take pride in everything you do because these are medications people need to function. Your job is important because people need meds to live or control pain or whatever it is and it’s YOUR responsibly to do your job properly so they get all their meds.

You guys, I live all the way on the south side of town. These guys told me my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes on Monday, I went back Wednesday to pick it up, they didn't have it. They had me wait 20 minutes, and then told me the one on 14th and superior had it, so they would have to shipped over to THIS LOCATION and it would be ready in two days. Well, two days later I get a text from 14th and superior telling me that THEY have it. These guys sent my entire script over there so I would have to go to the north side of town from where I live from now on to pick it up. Just one pill. Out of my 6 prescriptions I would have to pick 5 up at one location and 1 at another. Do NOT go to these guys. They'll screw you over and make you go all over Lincoln to get your pills

Without a profanity laced tirade, I would just like to say that 80% of the people working in the actual pharmacy of this Walgreens are absolutely miserable! I understand you’re overworked, I understand it’s tough to find employees. But seriously, everyone is going through something and you treat everyone like absolute garbage. Look at yourself in the mirror, and ask if you would accept being treated the way that you tend to treat your customers. I believe the answer will be no….. unfortunately, this seems to be a trend across most Walgreens in Lincoln, Nebraska

This is now the worst pharmacy ever. I have been going there for so many years. The last few time have been absolutely horrible. The last 2 I've peeled out of the drive thr7 I've been so mad. I spend time on hold which I understand calling them in and they say you can come in. I get there and it's not ready, they can't fill it, they don't have my prescription. This place had gone downhill. People this incompetent should not be handling people's medications

Male Manger is rude and uncaring at best!! Had not a caring bone in his body and kept telling to calm down and no reason to be upset!!! Unable to purchase my daughters meds as I had at the front of the door by splitting a payment!! Also have had an issue of pharmacy staff refrigerate a medicine that need to be kept cold and then I had to cross town to the south side to pick it up. " Can not move medicine between stores!!"

My experience at the Walgreens pharmacy was very disappointing and not very friendly at all!! I was honestly shocked and I felt bad for the pharmacy techs working back there because I caught the pharmacist “Rita” yelling at the other pharmacy techs while I was picking up my prescription. Also, what kind of store manager, “Mike” I believe is his name, like the one at this store runs a store like this? I would suggest that management or corporate gets this taken care of because no customer and me personally deserves a visit like this and to see that happen in front of other customers.
