Improve your phone system calling in to Walgreens is very difficult

Changing “policy” on how prescriptions are filled, to increase refills from 2 times in 4 months to 6 times in the same time period….why? CORPORATE GREED. Couldn’t bother sending a letter or email to the customers it affects, because why tell the consumer their costs are going up? Not to mention leaving staff without any actual answers for upset customers who now have to pay triple the cost, for the same amount of medication.
Walgreens will not get a red cent from me, or my family ever again. And I’ll be sure to spread the word on behalf of Walgreens, to everyone I know that refills the same prescription, as well as all providers prescribing it.

This is maybe the worst Walgreens in the city for photo printing. Unfortunately, I have consistently experienced issues with my orders being cropped inaccurately and not matching the submissions made online. They continue to disappoint.
I have encountered a long-term associate whose customer service demeanor leaves much to be desired. Her interactions appear to lack warmth and engagement, which detracts from the overall customer experience.

So, I’d give em zero stars tbh. Came to pick up a scrip for someone else (they have hired Uber Eats as a cheap courier service) and went through the drive thru. I’d been to several other locations all fine through their drive thrus. Well special snowflake here says no after I’d been in a line six deep. I go inside to pick it up, pretty hot, and waiting another line. If you hire people out to deliver for you for cheap, I made four bucks, be polite.

Printing out posters at the photo center that were supposed to be ready at 4. When I got there at 6, the cashier had no idea how to print posters and when he asked his manager to help, the manager made a huge deal about how awful it is to print posters and told us to wait until it’s ready while we were standing there with no communication. When I asked how long it would be, he rolled his eyes and said “10. 15. 20. 30. I don’t know.” Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

I would give this Walgreens a 0 if I could!!! I have been using this location since it opened over 20 years ago. I’m done with their incompetence. I went to pick up a prescription for my wife. They wanted to see an id. It had been expired for two days. I renewed it online but the new one hasn’t arrived in the mail yet. So they refused to give me her prescription. She was home in bed. They were only looking at through the window. They didn’t have to scan it in. If you like Walgreens so be it but don’t help this location stay open.

The manager, Missy, and her team were so helpful when i called the store with an issue from an online purchase awhile back --- she went out of her way to give great customer service by being attentive to all my questions and concerns, as well as speedy with a resolution and had excelllent follow-through to make sure my experience was positive! This location is sure lucky to have her!

Photo was horrible…stood there for 10 min after I got an email saying my cards were ready. “We’re guessing it started to process but our printer is down now so you’ll need to send it to another location”

Customer service at this - and ALL - Walgreens is horrible. ~ You will stand in line at the register/pharmacy NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY. ~ Pharmacy does not answer calls. ~ Using your phone to renew a prescription is a PAIN IN THE ASS. Corporate just changed this and it is not user friendly. Bottom line - there is a CVS pharmacy just down the road.

I’ve used Walgreens all my life THIS LOCATION is the worst. Lazy, doesn’t answer phone calls, not personable. Will definitely be changing pharmacies, after using Walgreens for 20 years.
