Customer service at this - and ALL - Walgreens is horrible. ~ You will stand in line at the register/pharmacy NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY. ~ Pharmacy does not answer calls. ~ Using your phone to renew a prescription is a PAIN IN THE ASS. Corporate just changed this and it is not user friendly. Bottom line - there is a CVS pharmacy just down the road.

I’ve used Walgreens all my life THIS LOCATION is the worst. Lazy, doesn’t answer phone calls, not personable. Will definitely be changing pharmacies, after using Walgreens for 20 years.

Good location, just wish the parking lot lights worked at night and it didn't look like you are going to be stolen when going to your car.

Printing out posters at the photo center that were supposed to be ready at 4. When I got there at 6, the cashier had no idea how to print posters and when he asked his manager to help, the manager made a huge deal about how awful it is to print posters and told us to wait until it’s ready while we were standing there with no communication. When I asked how long it would be, he rolled his eyes and said “10. 15. 20. 30. I don’t know.” Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

I would’ve used to give them 5 stars because they actually used to be good, but this rating I’m giving now is applied to ALL Walgreens, not just this one. but here’s a little background before I go into this, I am on Vyvanse (and for a little insight for those who don’t know, that’s a medication that I can’t just stop taking). While this is far from the first time I’ve ran into problems getting this particular medication through Walgreens, this recent one is absolutely aggravating. The prescribing doctor put in for an early fill override because I was going to be going on vacation and would run out while I was gone. That was never run through and I had to find that out that via the app because I never heard from Walgreens itself, so I wasn’t able to fill it before my vacation, then I get back to find out that they “put it back” and that the medication is now on back order. I was told this very coldly by the pharmacy tech who just said “and that applies to all Walgreens since we all share a warehouse”. You’d think that maybe one of the others might have some in stock in the pharmacy still, but that wasn’t an option for her to look. You’d think that it would be important for people to get notified when a situation like this happens, but no, you won’t ever hear from them when this happens. Luckily my friend is on Vyvanse and have a bit left over from the previous dosage they were on (albeit it’s a lower dosage) so I have some to get me by until I can get the prescription filled AT A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. Needless to say, I am beyond fed up with this happening to me and will be using a different pharmacy from here on out

5 people working in the pharmacy but only one is helping customers. The cashier just told the customer in front of me she couldn't help her and would some day likely be replaced by a robot.

I would give less if I could. It’s amazing how incompetent Walgreens can be. Go AI I'm certain the an automated machine can do a better job!!! They text a medication is ready you stand in line for ever and then say it’s not ready.

This place is sketch, an employee yesterday threatened me with lets take it out back. I grabbed my pictures and she was annoyed with how fast I grabbed them. Then she turned ghetto city and wanted to fight!?!?Find decent employees, not ghetto girls

Wish I could give less stars to the pharmacy, they do not even deserve one. They were openly rude about the customers in front of the customers. Lied about the medicine they had on hand in an attempt to not do their job (and leave my baby sick)It's crazy that all of these negative reviews are about the pharmacy and yet it seems that nothing is being done.That speaks to the management staff and whoever is running that place that they completely ignore the customer feedback about an openly rude and dangerous staff.

Worst pharmacy ever. We can get a certain drug at another pharmacy in the same town the same day. They said they needed 24 hours. Not good for a cancer patient that lives out of town. If I could give a "0" I would.

Got in the drive thru at 7:35 for the pharmacy. 2 cars were ahead of me. Took them that long to get 2 cars through and when I was up they put the sign up saying they were closed.

Went here to get a flu shot. They asked if I made an appointment online. I informed them that I tried but something went wrong. The pharmacist came over and said you have to have an appointment. I get all of my prescriptions at this pharmacy so you would think they could be nice and give me the paper forms to fill out. I went to CVS at 27th and Old Cheney. It took him only a couple of minutes to print forms for me to fill out and was very courteous, unlike Walgreens.

The rudest pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. I showed up today at the start of their posted hours, and the tech on duty rolled her eyes at me, hung up the receiver while I was talking, loudly talked over me, etc. I guess the hours posted are inaccurate, a simple hiccup I can understand, but I’m not ok with unprofessional and unnecessarily rude staff. Just genuinely shocked at their behavior.
