I definitely relate to the bad experience other costumers discussed. Wells Fargo has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Never recommend them.

Honestly this location makes zero sense. It doesn't have any longer hours, and the atm is unavailable after they close. So if nothing is different, why go here when i can go up the street to the 16th and P location

I've been a customer for at least 40 years, and while I've had complaints, they usually started with me! They've always done their best by me, my biggest gripe is being charged to use a different bank's ATM and I'm not sure if that's still true or not.....oh. I forgot, have someone answer the phone!!! I wouldn't call if I didn't want something or other and having the thing ring on & on & on.....well it ridiculous!!!

Wells Fargo Bank at this location has very nice tellers. Galana is super nice knows my name and Alway says hi to me when I come in to do my business with this bank.

Garbage phone service 9AM phone ..... next the directory ..... next ringing forever finally another recording that no one can answer the phone and pushes you to online banking or mobile banking... I want to speak to a human. Believe it or not people still want to talk to people not a machine.

Don't know about phone answering or any other things , but when depositing checks to business account money always available the next day!Professional services and great stuff, very nice and secure place to do business with!

Sarcastic employees that are no help to their customers. Banker didn't listen to the concert and could only tell me what she couldn't do to help. I don't recommend anyone using this branch.

Went in to exchange some currency I had left over from a trip and because I didn't bank at wells Fargo they would not exchange it. It was a simple transaction. Basically if you don't bank there don't even try...

i had 2 checking, and 2 savings accounts at this bank. They sent me a new debit card linked to the wrong account, so when I made a purchase and wrote it down in my checking account it actually took the money out of the other checking account and totally screwed up both accounts for several weeks. They admitted it was their fault and when I asked what they would do to compensate me for my time they offered to have someone show me how to balance my two checking accounts. What an insult! I immediately demanded they close all four accounts and issue a cashiers check (5-figure) for the balance and I moved to different bank.

Terrible decision to give this bank a chance. After just one year of being a customer I'm ready to switch. There have been multiple times that I have been charged over draft fees when my account never even went negative. I had to call and talk to customer service about it and they were reversed all but one time. That one time that they refused to reverse it was when they say even though my account shows my transactions in a certain order (the order in which I used my card) that they process them in a different way then my online banking will show....so they say my account over drew because they processed several transactions in a way that made it look like those charges were made days before they actually were and days before I had my paycheck deposited. They ended up over drawing my account and charged me an over draft fee on top of the over draft fee they initially charged. Needless to say my husband and I are pulling all our money out of our account, closing it down and switching banks. There are plenty of other better banks that don't try to explain away fees that you shouldn't have received in the first place.
