Always very very very slow, anytime I come in there is one teller and a huge line, kills at least an hour every time. Horrible service, who has that much time. I'm glad this isn't my main bank wow

I’m not sure if this is due to incompetency of the employees or maybe they were just having a rough day, but one of the Hispanic ladies working here at 5pm Wednesday lied straight to my face. She tells me I have to come in for something I’ve gotten in the past in the drive thru. Because there’s “no line” I get in there and have to wait 10 minutes because of two preexisting customers. Not coming in here again

Went into the bank for the reason to have a debit card replaced. The teller was rude and the personal banker was even more rude. I really don't recommend doing business in this branch. They obviously don't care about their customers.

Poor service very poor service. Was in the drive through (there was 6 of us there) I was last. The representative helped EVERYONE except me and closed the curtain didn’t say a word to me. Made eye contact with me and acknowledged my existence. I guess this is what I get for having multiple accounts and showing them respect. Very disappointed will start looking for a new bank for the family. Guess their ethics haven’t increased.

I am very impressed with the friendly and welcoming staff at this branch! I went in to have a document notarized and Levi was extremely warm and helpful. He made the process super easy. The front teller was also very kind. I would highly recommend this branch, and want to thank them for their outstanding service! You guys are awesome :)UPDATE: I went back to the bank today to ask for help in printing some specific bank statements and Tabi was wonderful! She went out of her way to assist me and even continued to work on something I needed until later in the day. Levi also reached out to say hello! Everyone here is so friendly and nice! I’m super impressed! Love this bank!

I have banked with Wells Fargo for over 20 years. But when I moved to lincoln, Nebraska the bank on 27th and Superior. Omg is the worst bank ever you always wait in line for ever at the drive thru , as busy as it is you would think they would have more people at the windows. Smh.

Don't know why this branch got low rating, maybe in the past they're not doing well, but for most of my recent visits, they've been a bless. Professional, fast and good customer service!

After having trouble with customer service representatives online. I came to the branch and Ashley Venteicher helped me out with the issues I had. She was listening carefully and willing to help. She is very knowledgeable and went over all the options I had and went straight into problem solving. It was an amazing experience working with her. 10/10 recommend working with this Wells Fargo branch!
