I went to try to open an account I sat on the couch no one greeted me no one asked me what I needed they just saw me and walked past me maybe they thought I was going to their living room to take a break I waited between 10 and 15 minutes and I didn't receive anything a hello much less an account is the worst bank service in my entire life

They don't even have a "Banker" competent enough to close my account, they just gave me a list of phone numbers so I can do their job for them ???? That's one of the main reasons I want to close my account, everytime I ask to speak with a "Banker" or call the "Customer Service" line they're about as useless as the G in Lasagne ????

They are the most difficult bank to work with and charge for everything. You can't even get change for a 20 from them without them wanting you to open an account they can overcharge you fees on.

Unfortunately I haven't had any luck with good experiences here. Today I wanted to do a deposit and the teller was so rude to me because I misplaced my debit card and the one in my wallet was expired. She wouldn't even say thank you or have a nice day after we completed the deposit. That's when the door greeting person/organizer did as I left. At least that's something. Then I had to call the customer service number to get a replacement card since I for some reason only had an expired one. That call sent me to the Philippines and they couldn't help me which led to another transfer. Finally got that sorted. I am wondering if it's not just this branch and if Wellsfargo itself is the problem. :(

The manager of this branch is extremely rude and unfriendly. I came in to get a replacement card. She refused to assist me, and told me to call the customer service number listed on the back of my card. She practically threw me out of the bank even as people were entering the branch. When I told her that I had had a weird experience at Wells Fargo she told me thank you. Have a good day.

If you're in the mood for an afternoon of incompetence, being talked down to and discrimination, this is your place! I highly recommend going in this branch and taking a seat for a bit to watch all of the entertainment they have to offer. With a few exceptions, their staff is second to none in that department.

Arbitrary decisions by whoever happens to be working on if they’ll accept your paycheck if it’s future dated. Literally been depositing AND getting cash 1-2 days early for 3 years. Terrible customer service.

I have gone to this bank numerous times over the last year, and I have always been fascinated with all the bankers who have assisted me with the financial requests I have had. I am also happy that they speak Vietnamese, since I find it always better to communicate in my native language. I just wanted to add that Sam is my brother and my favorite Banker so please give him and additional kudos

Officious. Nosy. Bad communicators. Sticklers for rules. Forced to cover their butts thanks to all the corporate corruption. Not my bank any more. Never my bank ever again.
