After being denied the ability to open an account for my youngest at the Old Cheney branch, I went to this location. I walked in an immediately noticed the banker on her phone in her office "dinking." I asked to open an account and the young guy called the lady in the back and she said there was not enough time to open an account (it was 4:24pm and they close at 5pm). I told the guy that I would like to close my accounts and he asked if I wanted a cashier check. I told him I wanted cash and that he should check again to make sure they want a customer since the early 1990s to close an account because they banker in the back who was on her personal device didn't have time to open up an account. Just then another banker came in and said she would do it. She was incredibly kind and we were out of there by 5:05pm. 1 star for everything prior to her coming into the picture and 5 stars after she interjected herself into the picture.

I've banked with Wells Fargo for many years and have been to many branches. The people here are friendly and do good work. Accuracy is important especially with money. Overall I like it enough to recommend!

The workers here have been a great help in opening my account. Whether I had questions about credit card interests rates or the safety deposit box policies, they provide clear answers and let me know my options. Glad to call this place my bank!

I deposited a 3000 dollar check and, instead of depositing my money, they took money out of my count and overdrafted it. Then I had to go to a different Wells Fargo to get the problem fixed because the manager there refused to help in any way.

The tellers are nice and all, but I really don't care how nice you are when it takes fifteen minutes to get one sheet of checks when there are two people working and two total people needing help. And seriously - 9 am? What a joke. Hope you don't need to bank before regular work hours!

I loathe personal endearments being directed to me by businesses. At this branch, while making a large deposit, I was addressed as "hon" by an employee named Jessica. I will never enter this branch or use their drive-thru lanes again. I use the atm drive-up exclusively because I do not have to interact with a person and it takes 1/4 the amount of time. Their atm process is very very efficient.

Staff was friendly and helpful. That's about the best I can say about Wells Fargo. I have been a member with wells since 2004. I'm a college student. I had to pay for classes and wanted to use my debit card to do so. I wanted them to open my checking account for the day so the large withdrawal from the account could happen ($2,000). There was $3,000 in the account at the time. They told me I had not had the account open long enough to open the account up and withdrawal the money. Never have any of my accounts gotten below $500. So basically if you want to be treated like a child and told you can't spend your own money for a worthless excuse; choose Wells Fargo. You have successfully lost my business and recommendations to others.
