Do NOT bank here. WF customer service is HORRIBLE. They will make HUGE errors on your account and not care at the problems it causes!

If I could give zero stars I would. If you need help with anything, good luck getting anyone on the phone. Its progressively gotten worse this year. Like is Wells Fargo secretly going out of business or something and trying to dodge customers because of it??? If you like a bank you can trust and depend on or you like being able to speak with a human being EVER then I'd recommend any bank except Wells Fargo.

Wonderful experience every time I've been there. I've had nothing but positive, pleasant interactions. Good Job, Wells Fargo staff! ?

After experiencing first-hand the professionalism and level of customer service at this branch, I plan on switching to Wells Fargo banking. You couldn’t ask for better service!

Zero help and I was on hold for an hour. Terrible customer service, and very rude to me because I was not a "member."

So many issues I don't know where to start... first off the hours listed online are NOT correct one day I drove to three separate locations trying to drive through to make a deposit and they were all closed before the online time stated, the next morning drove to two locations and they don't open the drive through at the listed online time. And now yesterday I called 70th and Pioneers and the girl said I could stop in with my son to open a checking account at 5:15, we got there at 5:10 and were told we needed an appointment. what?! I got off work early, got my son out of golf practice early and now we can't get this done. Why didn't the girl yesterday tell me and or make me an appointment instead of telling me to just stop in. Really?? Over this bank and their complete lack of customer service.

Extremely good service. Very knowledgeable personal bankers. Made an appointment and everything went extremely smooth. Everyone was very personable! Recommend this branch to everyone.

Very poor experiences for several years, & we'll soon change banks. Issues: 1. routinely do not follow up on service requests, so services they promise to handle are left undone! their mistakes cost us late fees, which they said they'd pay and explain to billers , but they never did, even after several one-on-one meetings! 2. one extraordinarily angry customer service guy; wow, I'd hate to meet him in a dark alley. 3. They opened a credit card account in our name without our knowing. We didn't realize for several months, then had to go in to end it; were surprised they closed it quickly. A week later, their unethical tactics broke on national news. 4. Since then, in-bank tellers are more pleasant, but WF calls us personally (in 2017), insisting we need a credit account! 5. in general, poor communication between divisions and between personnel. 6. Cool stagecoach logo

Crappy Walmart esc. Service. What bank doesn't open by 8am? Too many rules and too many regulations that makes switching banks almost impossible and they support the pipeline so screw them.

I've had them for a long time. Never had any problems with them at all. Very friendly and nice people there.

Do not go into this business as they will lead you to believe that they can help, when in reality they just want you to open an account with them. Nothing but a big waste of time and effort!!

Wells Fargo is an anti-consumer bank, and their practices do nothing more than make banking with them an inconvenience. I recently used my last check and needed to submit checks for various services related to buying a house (appraisal, earnest money, etc.). I ran to the bank in the morning before work and tried to get temporary checks, or a cashier's check, through the drive through. I guess despite having my ID, my Wells Fargo debit and credit cards, and seeing my face through the glass is a security risk. I would have to go in and get the items. Oh, but the lobby doesn't open until 9, well past the time everyone has to be at work. Then there's the time I tried to get my car loan through Wells Fargo. I thought they actually wanted my business by the way they send spam mail a couple times a week asking to apply for loans. My car loan was declined. I found out later it was because based on the year, they would only finance 80% of the value of the car, and I had initially told them I would like to finance all of it if possible. Had they told me the 80% rule upfront when I was applying, I would have happily paid the difference (had the same rule at another bank. I paid the difference and the loan was approved), but the banker I talked to acted like I was a waste of their time, and tried to get my off the phone as quick as possible. I didn't even bother trying to get my home loan through them. I knew better than to even bother. Oh well, I guess tens of thousands of dollars in interest will go to a better bank that actually likes their customers. Their only saving grace is their online banking. If another bank could get close to their usability, I would happily switch.
