She told me about the web site listed at the bottom of my receipt, would love to fill out this info on line, unfortunately the web address is not valid, or I just do not know how to send info to www.tellmaurices.com. My computer keeps telling me it's an invalid address. Would love to get that 30% off for my next shopping trip.
