Brooke sold us a emerald jewelry set of ring, necklace and earrings. She was so sweet informative and just the best sales person you could want when you are spending hard earned money. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I got my bridal set there last April and got the extra warranty. I was never given a card or told it was needed to be inspected every 6 months. I have taken it in there a couple months ago to get sent off to resize the diamond and band. Went it to get it fixed and was told I have to pay for the diamond missing because it hasn’t been inspected. It’s been in several times to get resized. What’s the point of the warranty? And they have no records saying it’s been sent in several times to resize? I will never go to Zales again. And staff was very rude.

Went to have my watch resized. The watch came apart on my wrist the next day. Upon further inspection the staff member broke one of the pins and attempted to hide it. Probably just go to a different jewelry store.

Would love to give 0 stars…my husband and I bought both of our wedding rings here and had the worst customer service. My husbands ring cracked in 3 spots after 1 week of wear. I tried to get a refund but was told because I purchased a protection plan I could only get store credit…not sure how that makes sense. I told them I was not interested in purchasing from them again due to the quality of the ring and just wanted my money back. I even had my original receipt and proof of the protection/warranty plan. I’m still arguing with them and am hopeful they will do the right thing and give me the money back. I strongly do NOT recommend them. The ladies we have worked with are condescending and rude. Go elsewhere!!

I visited this place today with my friend to get a wedding ring. The manager was so rude and the girl working there had no idea what she was doing. They didn’t let us touch the rings said our policy we can’t let you touch them how rude!! Kay jewelers was way nicer! Plus they barely had any rings ! Not buying or coming back to ur store !

Syd was super helpful in assisting my fiancé and I find our perfect rings. He was a miracle worker. He was able to translate technical terms really clearly to my fiancé and I who aren't super knowledgeable in this regard. I came in with a vague idea of what I wanted but was unable to clearly define it, as did my fiancé. Syd helped us to navigate what we were wanting while trying to help us stay in our price budget.
