Our experience at Copple Chevrolet was by far the most stress free car purchase we have had. We knew the car we wanted and Bruce had it ready to look at when we arrived. He answered our questions easily with no pressure. Everyone we encountered was efficient, friendly and kind. We will definitely give them a call next time! Well worth the 100 mile drive!

I purchased a newer Yukon from this dealership. From the beginning to the end of the transaction it was a nightmare. Initially I was offered a laughable amount for my trade-in and was told there was a 'shimmy' in my Camaro even though I knew there was not. Whatever, I expected they wouldn't give me anything anyway and as a single woman I figured they would try that. I decided to purchase the vehicle outright using cash and even tho they only offered me about half of the value of my vehicle would only compromise $500 on the one I was buying. I asked that a few things be fixed. An audible clicking sound in the steering column was one of them. The same guy that told me there was a 'shimmy' in my car drove the Yukon and came back and told me there was nothing wrong with the steering column even though my son and I could both hear it. He acted like I was an idiot and came across as very condescending like I didn't know what I was talking about or had made it up. We left the vehicle there to be fixed and they had it nearly a week. They brought it back and the clicking sound was still there and the heated seats were not all working properly. I called them again and they came and got the vehicle and they took it for another week to fix the steering column (which they finally acknowledged the bearings were going out) and the other items they didn't fix including the seats. I paid cash upon delivery and they would not give me the title. A few days later the back of the front passenger seat completely fell off and I found that when they had fixed the heated seat they had broke the clips on the back panel and rather than fix it properly they put it in place with a zip tie. Now the entire back of the seat is flopping and I am going to have to buy a whole new matching panel. This place is a joke. Buyer beware. Especially if you are a woman going in by yourself.

I couldn't believe how my truck buying experience went!! Everyone at Copple took such good care of us! Especially Chris Poole and Mike?They have a lifetime customer as long as they are there to take care of me/us!Thank you so much for caring to treat us the way you'd want to be taken care of❤️

Purchasing a vehicle at Copple Chevrolet was by far the best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. After a few horrific experiences at other dealerships, working with Brandon & the rest of the Copple team was a remarkably stress and pressure free experience! They were incredibly friendly and transparent with pricing and answering every question we had about the vehicle and it's history. We will never go to another dealership!! 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!

Dealing with Copple Chevrolet GMC was a pleasure. I found the vehicle I wanted through Autotrader at a reasonable price. I went to their website and found the vehicle with a ton of information about it. I contacted them via phone to verify the vehicle was still available. I was connected with Mark Vandenburgh who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I'm 1200 miles away in Arizona so I wanted to ensure they could ship the vehicle at a reasonable price so I did not have to travel to pick it up. Mark was very helpful and provided me the exact cost for the vehicle out the door. And, there no add-ons, or up-selling or anything like that. I explained that I was waiting on some inheritance money and they let me give them a deposit to hold the vehicle. A week later I wired them the money and the following week, today, the vehicle was delivered to me in Arizona. Just a totally seamless smooth transaction. I would recommend them to anyone. I could not be happier. They are the best!

This is our second vehicle we have purchased from Copple and specifically from Jay he was very easy to work with and his customer service is through the roof amazing. We will be back for our next vehicle and refer anyone we talk to that is looking for a vehicle to go to Copple.

Copple is a great dealership to deal with. They were able to get me right in for an oil change while others were booked solid. They did a great job and were super fast which I appreciate. The only reason for 4 stars is the price they charge for their service compared to other dealerships in the area. But overall I was very pleased with how quick they had me in and out the door and for that I’d gladly pay more.

8/22/2023 @ 11:15 a.m. - Updated Review from a couple months ago. We had a transmission issue with our 2019 GMC Acadia, we brought it to Copple to get it looked at. It wasn't a simple fix and we had some hoops to jump through because of the mileage being at almost 60,000 when we called to bring it in and having an extended warranty. Long Story short, we got it in and the transmission needed extensive repairs, this was done, more issues arose after initial repairs were made. I spoke with service manager Gary Kay a few times and he said no matter what, he would make it right and get the problem fixed. There is still an issue with the transmission, but I know Gary is going to take care of us, and he is getting us an extended GM warranty to cover the powertrain (Engine, transmission, etc...) to 120,000 miles which is huge for us with the issues it has had. It's been nice knowing that Gary takes care of the customer and gets their vehicles fixed. I will definitely shop at and have work done at Copple from now on. Customer service and going the extra mile for us has shown the values a small town dealership has and how they care about the people in and outside of their community. You're not just a number/customer to Copple! They get to know you

We purchased a used vehicle in May 2023. We had a horrible experience and want to tell people to be aware. The car was to come with 2 key fobs, we got one and were promised the other as they had to order it. It has been 3 months and when we call to see where it is, we get the run around. Still no 2nd key fob. When they pulled in to finalize the sale there was a huge dent on the passenger side that wasn't there when we purchased it an hour before, after speaking with them they agreed to fix it and get us a loaner (the loaner made it to our house and sat there as it needed a new battery or whatever, so when the car was fixed it came back with 4 different tires, 4 brands. I wrote to the owner over 2 weeks ago and....nothing. It really was sad as my parents used to but vehicles all the time from them. Thanks Brandon Copple, we no longer send people your way.

Went to different shop first.. I should have took to Copple first the customer service was so much better. Answered the phone every time. They also had some issues diagnosing but in the end they were very fair. They were extremely fast and very knowledgeable. I had a very complicated issue that was very hard to diagnose. So I have been shopping for trucks off and on for the past few months. The company I work for, Summit Lawns, owns about 20 vehicles. We buy and sell vehicles a lot and routinely travel to get the best vehicle for what we need. So I decided to search outside of Lincoln a bit to make sure I could get something good in my price point. After a few weeks of searching I found a legit dodge ram 1500 with less than 100k that was right in my wheelhouse. I purchased it via Mark and Chris at Copple in Louisville. Mike also helped and filled my tank for the ride back to Lincoln. It was a 40 minute trip but well worth it. I looked at a similar truck in Omaha which had less miles and had some other Wingdings at a lower price, but it was hail damaged. Ok. So Mark gave me a break on asking price and I feel like I got a great deal from these folks. Seriously if you’re in Lincoln or Omaha, your dealers who are just outside your work driving range are excellent folks. You can get a great vehicle for a legit price if you just go a little outside your hometown. The service was excellent. No pressure, no problem. And Chris got me a rate lower than my bank could with an 800 credit score. Anyway, these dudes are awesome. I bought a ten year old super sharp vehicle from them and they treated me like I was spending 70k. Much respect. Thanks guys!
