Went to different shop first.. I should have took to Copple first the customer service was so much better. Answered the phone every time. They also had some issues diagnosing but in the end they were very fair. They were extremely fast and very knowledgeable. I had a very complicated issue that was very hard to diagnose. Extremely grateful

Sean was amazing to work with. He made sure my purchase was hassle free and Al the details were taken care of!! He even followed up several times to be sure I was happy with my new suburban. Copple is very easy to work with to get an appointment for an oil change. I work at Ash Grove and it is so very convenient that they can come pick up my car while I am working, change the oil, and bring it back.

I purchased my very first car from Copple last week! They went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. Greg Fischer, Chris Pool, and Chris Powers helped me through this process. The car had been ordered so I had to wait about a month for it to arrive but Greg was consistently providing me updates throughout the month so I always knew where it was/when it would get here! I am in love with my new 2023 Chevy Trailblazer and had such a great experience!
