Post Offices near Louisville, NE

“eBay recently messed up a delivery of mine, and the package ended up at the Louisville, NE, post office. I've never been to Nebraska, but if all the residents are as kind and patient as Mark at the Louisville Post Office, it must be one heck of a nice place to live! Mark was very nice and pleasant, tracked down my misdelivered package, and sent it along to me. You should all be really proud to have such a great resource (and human) in your community! “Their customer service was awesome, and they were very helpful! I had ordered a package, and somehow when I went to pay through Google Pay, it changed the city to unincorporated, but the zip code was Gretna. They were able to find the package for me after it was scanned for return to sender and hold it so I could come pick it up. Luckily, I live about 15 minutes from their post office.”

“It's a friendly place and it's nice to have a post office in town. However, I do have one complaint and that's the outside mailbox. The box used to be on the corner of the building next to the pole there. It was easy to put your mail in that mailbox but where it is now is a disaster. I almost ruined my car two years ago because when you use the driveway on the north side then turn left toward the mail box. The driveway is uneven and when it snows you cannot see where the drive drops off. I was lucky I didn't damage my car. I would suggest moving the mailbox back to its former position at the south end of the building by the pole. God bless.”
