About Tyson Foods
Tyson Foods is a busy business with a straightforward process for truck drivers. The facility offers easy drop and hook services, with most trailers being ready before scheduled times, which is appreciated by carriers. Drivers often praise the friendly and helpful staff, who provide clear instructions to make the check-in and trailer drop-off process simple and efficient. The location includes a washout station nearby, with washouts available across the street and trailers being washed on site. Scale facilities are close by, with a small fee paid in cash, and parking for bobtail trucks is available across the street or at a nearby Love’s truck stop about 14 miles north. Drivers are advised that all incoming empty reefer trailers must be full of fuel before arrival. The check-in process involves entering at the guard shack, following instructions to drop trailers at designated washout areas, and then proceeding to load or unload. Turnaround and parking options are available for early arrivals and driver breaks. Overall, Tyson Foods provides a well-organized environment with efficient procedures, helpful staff, and necessary amenities nearby, making it a manageable location for truck drivers to operate smoothly.

They usually have my loads preloaded for me towards the beginning of the pickup window. They have overnight parking a cash scale on site and a restroom to use in the security office. Staff is generally professional and friendly. Bring cash for the scale.

They want your trailer to be in mint condition. Any cosmetic damage results in rejection. Come at your own risk
