This place was great, until it closed about a month ago. So sad. They had friendly staff and was a clean place, just down the street from ESRI, on a quiet street. I hope the great employees who worked there were relocated to other postal jobs, they were so good.

This location has the rudest staff I have ever spoken to. I have called several times with business related questions. This has nothing to do with COVID 19. Each time I called I was either told to call back because they didn't have writing materials or I was hung up on prior to me finishing my sentence. I have always spoken respectfully no matter how I have been treated. This location needs to train their staff on how to speak to customers.

My my my. What was their excuse prior to Covid19? I've lived at the place I live at for over 20 years, and every time that I get a logistics report from Amazon stating that it's shipping via USPS, I cringe. My most recent exploits have been the mail carrier leaving a note in my box that my 1. Mop and Bucket, and 2. Broom couldn't be delivered because the item was oversized, and wouldn't fit in my mail box receptacle. NO KIDDING, DICK TRACY. Because of Covid19, I don't even KNOW if the post office is open. I just look at it this way. That OTHER agency that's funded by Congress (SSA) is closed to the public, why should the post office be any different? Even without Covid19, THIS USPS has damaged more parcels, delivered more parcels to the WRONG ADDRESS, and mishandled more parcels than any other logistics system (that includes DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics).

This post office is run by Haynes Now, I been going there for 30 years and never had abad experience until the other day iwas mailing packages and stood in line for 15 minutes and there was a girl taking her time I looked she didn't have a mask on ,when I got to the clerk I asked why you allowing her to talke without amask her saliva all over the place, she said I'm not a nurse I told her your a federal employee and you should force the rule what if she has covid19 everyone can be in danger, she was Very Rude and refused to help me and her supervisors came and told me to go somewhere elase I really was Shocked , 3 of them they where looking at me like that episode of the twilight zone where the docters are pigs and are in shock of what they are looking at and iheard her say she comes here everyday, so its ok for her friends to spread the virus, they all should be fired for negligent as Federal employees they should do better job in forcing the Rules Not put People lives in danger

Most USPS offices are slow...we all know that. But this location is slower than molasses. One clerk working the counter, yet multiple staff walking back and forth, talking and joking. no regard to the line that's all the way to the door....PLEASE BE MORE EFFICIENT WITH OUR TAX PAYERS MONEY!!! so many people on the clock, yet no one else can help the counter??? smh

The Post master here is a complete B****. Why work here if you don't like your job? D*** idiot.. if the mail carriers don't know how to deliver the mail properly, it's not the customers fault. So why give the customer an attitude? The mail carriers always deliver to wrong address, and last time I went I asked for my package and she said it wasn't there, so I made her go look for it and she found it, then threatened me saying my mail was going to be sent back. She's a miserable bitter woman, useless too.

My mailman forged my signature on a certified package. Went to the post office on New York St in Redlands and talked to the manager there. She was the rudest B and couldn't give 2 s::ts! Last I heard Forgery was a Felony!Filing a report and someone is going down for this!! They gave us a printed photo of the signature and said that the mailman was confused. Look at that signature!! I don''t think so!

My experience with having a PO Box here has been horrible. I always get the wrong mail, so I place it all into the outgoing mail. I hope those who get my mail do the same. I use the email notification for my mail, and it's always wrong. They should just not have that service and save people the headache in relying on it, because it's unreliable. If I get an alert telling me I have mail, I'll wait for couple days for it to actually make it into my post office box. When you inquire about it, they act like "It was d*** of me to expect mail in my PO Box because of a email telling me there is. Wait a couple days." Most employees there are useless. With the exception of about three employees.

The manager in charge is extremely rude and doesn't know what she's doing. DO NOT GO IN FOR PASSPORT FAIRS, you're better off making an appointment. Her staff had it figured out but she has a power-hungry attitude. So she doesn't care what hours the Passport website lists. They were supposed to open the passport fair at 10am and she decided to move it to 1pm and have everyone wait in the lobby. We left but she needs to be replaced. You could tell all of her employees were scared to correct her. Terrible. I believe her name was Shannon.

The worst experience possible at a post office. It said via my tracking number that my package was delivered to my house....but no package. A day or two later (hoping maybe my neighbors got it by mistake) the tracking number says that they're holding my package here. Long and behold after waiting in a stupid long line where three workers were barely taking anyone or seemed concerned for time THEY DONT HAVE MY PACKAGE. The manager assured me that it's "probably" back out for delivery. Oh probably??? Aka my package is missing and I probably won't ever see it. The first teller I got questioned my tracking of the package as well and was confused that it was being held. Know how to do your job or quit

I would give this post office 0 stars if possible. I simply went in to pick up a passport application. There were about 4 people in line. I searched the counters for the applications they should've been left out for anyone to pick up. But I saw them behind the counter. So I asked the woman there if she could just hanme one, she said I had to wait in line. I told her that wasn't necessary, I didn't need any help just wanted the app. We argued back & forth then she finally gave me one, giving me the dirtiest look on her face. After reading the other reviews regarding the Redlands P. O. I will definitely go elsewhere to process my application, I don't want to deal the the hateful witch again.
