I went inside the store to use my $25 off coupon. It excepted my phone number but it wouldn’t take the $25 off then the manager told me that she could not help me take the $25 off so My Nephew did not get his birthday present today I’m have any I don’t know how to get a hold of corporate but I would like to report them to corporate because I can’t believe they did this to me I’m a loyal customer I go in there all the time I spend food I spent hundreds of dollars and food stamps there never again will I go in that storeI want to call from corporate

I LOVE this store. Jessica is always very friendly and helpful. She goes above and beyond to help out when we come in. She is very knowledgeable about her job and always makes us feel welcome. When your in a store...like Walmart and ask someone where to find something, more often than not you do good to get someone to even point these days. Jessica drops what she is doing (no matter how busy...and without making you feel like you are disturbing her) and takes you to what it is you asking about. She gives great advice on the local life and if Dollar General doesn't have what I'm looking for, she is always helpful in finding.. whatever it may be; super nice for people unfamiliar with McCook. I would recommend checking Dollar General first for your needs. You don't see this kind of customer service much these days. We are very impressed.
