I have never had a problem with them until this year I filed my taxes in mid February with them and still have not heard anything back about them I called them and they say they can't tell me anything about what's going on but someone else I know filed with them and they looked into for them and was able to give them information I thought that they were there to help us

I have had a long standing relationship with Janet and learned early on that she knows taxes! I trust no one else and love the fact I can just sit there and have them prepared during our session where in the past I would drop off my packet to a firm and they would contact me at a later date. Janet is highly trained and an expert in taxes and am very glad she is still doing this service and hope she continues for many more years.
