I moved 150 miles away from Mead but still brought my van back to have Jeff, Troy and the guys redo the front suspension and brakes for me. I had nursed my old battle wagon for along time and they were very accommodating on schedule and timeliness with the repair. The work they did is excellent and the cost for what was done was very fair. I highly recommend Konecky’s and only wish I were closer.

I was relieved I made it there for fuel since I nearly ran out beforehand. HOWEVER! It was early morning (about 6:45?) Hours of operation started at 7:30. I frantically tried paying at the pump every way possible until another customer pulled up. Their advice was "I can't help, idk. We just use the app". I guess this app...DinoPay is the ONLY way pumps can be accessed during off hours. I downloaded it, I added my cards, only to realize my cards were declining still because I didn't have the $175 mandatory hold needed to pay at the pump. Luckily and finally 7:50 rolled around, the doors opened, and I finally PREPAYED the only $10 I had to put in anyway...I want to acknowledge the 2 mechanics with little to no register training. They deserve a huge 'Thank You!' for helping me and successfully finalizing my transaction. They were wonderful!! Thanks, guys!!
Lesson of the day:
Make sure your vehicle is fueled the night before when you know you have places to be first thing in the morning!!

Konecky’s always takes great care of our family’s vehicles and does so for very reasonable rates.
