Do you like losing access to your money for entire days while they update their website without notice? Do you like having to justify having a checking account to their account manager just because she's nosey? Do you like having to reset your online password every couple weeks because they're cheap and can't put together a decent website? Well then do business with Arbor Bank! This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with and next week I will be closing my account with them because I am sick of it!

They're overdraft policy is absolutely atrocious. They consistently will charge you $30 a day even if you are 1 cent overdrafted. And even if you put the money in the account to cover it, it takes over 24 hours to be added to the account and within that 24 hours you get charged $30-60 again. Leading you even more down the rabbit hole. It's absolutely ridiculous and I would not recommend for anyone to bank here.

I love this bank. I have been a customer since I was born in 1995. An account can be negative $9.99, but once it is $10 under it will accrue a fee. That leeway is convenient.

Absolutely the worst bank I have ever banked with. Offset all my child support benefits out of my account to pay the debt of an account im not even associated with. I have a joint account so my cs can be direct deposited and my husband can deposit money for bills in it. I never was given a notice that my account would be offset or involved and he had already had arrangements made to fix his seperate account, the one im not even on,that was supposed to be closed over a month ago, that magically was overdraft for 3 months. To top it off the only money that was taken was the child support that had just been deposited. Asked if we could follow through with the arrangements that had already been in place to fix the debt and have a portion of our money back to take care of our 7 kids. But nope they said it was money he had access to, so therefore they could take money from my children, protected money, and leave us with less then 100 to our name to survive off of until he gets paid. As if the pandemic wasn't causing us hardship enough. They have put us in even more. Dont put yourself at risk with banking with them. They will steal your money any way they can.. in no regards to agreements they make, or hardships they cause.

are you greedy pukes seriously charging overdraft fees in the middle of a national emergency? I will report you to every state and federal agency under the sun until i find one willing to take action against you.....until then...take that $30 and choke on it.

This bank is awful. A majority of the people who work here are just minions who listen to Melissa Turner who only got the job because of who her father is.

Over 10 years at this banking institution, never had a problem until this year. Due to new banking regulations that I was not made aware of, nor anybody bothered to contact me about, this institution deactivated my card while I was in another city and closed my account a couple of weeks later. Management is always conveniently on vacation or playing golf and too busy to take my concerns seriously. Staff can never answer questions honestly because they don't know half of the time or answer the first thing that comes to mind to get you off of the phone. I recieved 4 different answers in the same day about my account. No recourse but to file a complaint with the BBB and take my money elsewhere.

Do yourself a favor and avoid these these people, they are absolutely incompetent. When my identity was stolen a couple years ago I made an appointment to come in, sit down, and review the security measures they had in place for situations such as this....and they assured me that once my account had been "secured" i need not worry because they would be all over it until the situation was resolved......AND I WAS ACTUALLY D*** ENOUGH TO BELIEVE IT !!.....This morning i find an unauthorised charge of $854.58 on my checking account, so i call the bank thinking "they got this"...what a joke.../they just gave me a phone number for someone in some office somewhere telling me I would have to call them and try to find a way to reverse this because "we don't do that anymore"........and answered the remainder of my questions always with the phrase......We can do that, but it will be another $30 fee....... We can do that, but it will be another $30 fee.......We can do that, but it will be another $30 fee......Seriously?.....why did you stand there and lie to me the first ti8me I asked you these questions???/...absolutely pathetic!!!
