I took my vehicle in to have the oil changed and tire rotation done, when I gave them the keys it was one of the biggest mistakes of my life not only did it take 2 hours to do something that is a 30 minute job when they gave my vehicle back they had broken the inside door handle on the driver's side. I pointed this out immediately and the response was it was broken when we moved it in to do the work. No sir it was not it was just fine when I gave you the keys, then I was told by the individual that pulled the vehicle out for me he would have his boss order a new one and they would fix it. To day I get a phone call from James saying his guy said he didn't break it and they want $95.00 to fix it, and the person that said it was broke when he got into the vehicle had broken a $1200 window last week and said he didn't but then admitted he did. So why would he lie about a $200 door handle? Maybe because his job could be in jeopardy for being a idiot! Do not take your vehicle there for any reason.

Customer service is awful!!! They need to learn how to treat customers with respect!!! We were passing through town she had the audacity to tell us there are gas stations to check tires and get air!!!!!!

I was in Utah last summer for a rugby event and got a flat tire on Sunday on my way home to Tucson. The only place open was a WalMart. I was told I needed four new tires. I asked for BF Goodrich. I was told there was only two in stock so they couldn't sell them to me since I needed four tires. They recommended the Douglas Touring tire as a comparable tire. I paid for road hazard and lifetime balance and rotate on all four tires. Today, my AAA mechanic told me two of the tires had such bad tread, they needed to be replaced. I am sitting at WalMart and they are charging me for disposal, new warranties, and labor for these tires that have less than 19,000 miles on them. I will not recommend these tires to anyone! Tried to contact Douglas by website and the CAPTCHA just keeps going in loops so it won't submit my info. I tried contacting Douglass by phone, but they're closed. If you're ever stuck buying tires, make sure they aren't Douglas.

Stopped here in the middle of a cross country road trip with our kids after our van had engine issues. They generously fit us in late in the day on a Friday to diagnose our problem, and even though it wasn’t something they could repair fully at the time without the right parts, they fixed it enough that we made it all the way to our destination in Florida with no issues! Very grateful for their kind and competent service!!

I have called and complained since I received my car back from service on 07-16-2021. I have never received a follow up contact via email phone or physical address which was left. My review was removed so I continue to reach out again. Douglas tire co. Your company said I didn't buy anything from you when you didn't replace my tpms sensors. My complaint is this. I can't respond to your message so I have to edit my original complaint. I attached a picture proving you did sell me tires so are you going to address my original complaint on selling used tires with the sidewalls damaged as new tires without replacement of the tpms sensors

I had four new tires put on my Mazda CX-30 here. They did a great job explaining what was available and the service was quick and friendly. I would not hesitate to return here for repair work or new tires.
