I was so disappointed with the flowers/plants I ordered for my aunt's funeral. I ordered a premium arrangement but it looked like it had been through a storm! Maybe they thought they could get away with this since I called it in from out of town. Beware. You aren't getting what you paid for.

First Class Flowers did an amazing job on an arrangement for Easter I sent my mother-in-law. It was in a cute basket with multiple kinds of colorful flowers. It had a little bunny and the card was really cute. Every time I have ordered from First Class Flowers I have been more than satisfied. Thank you for doing an amazing job and brightening my mother-in-laws Easter.

Exceeded my expectations! The delivered flowers were nicer than the photo and were delivered in less than 2 hrs from the time I ordered them. Very reasonable cost as well. Very happy!

After being rudely dismissed by another florist in Nebraska City, I placed my order with First Class Flowers. Being able to order through their website was a breeze!! Not to mention all the arrangements are priced for people that are on budgets! Outstanding value!! I had to place my order in Indiana for delivery in Nebraska City and they definitely came through!! The bouquet was absolutely beautiful!! Anytime I need to order flowers for my relatives in Southeast Nebraska, First Class Flowers will always get my business! First Class Flowers with First Class Service!!! You guys are amazing!!

I would not recommend purchasing flowers from here. We ordered online and did not receive the same bouquet that was in the picture. Owner wasn’t very nice about it when I called. If the prices online are wrong then fix them. If the pictures are wrong then fix them. I paid for 5 roses and beautiful small flowers. I got 2 roses and bunch of carnations. This is not what I ordered. She gave a bunch more excuses. My parents loved the flowers that I purchased but still it wasn’t what I ordered. I think they gave me a lower cost bouquet. A different one on their site.

Me and my sister paid over 70 bucks for a flower arrangement for mothers day. They delivered them and it was not the right order at all. Different colors, less flowers, different vase. So my sister calls and is like wheres the refund? You messed up our order. They gave her a 20 dollar refund. They told her the pictures don't match what you get anyways. They tell me they were too overwhelmed and we didn't order them in time. So a week in advance isn't enough? So why didnt they stop taking orders? Or at least call and say hey do you want something different or a refund? Instead they gave us picked over roses. Then when I tell them we want a full refund they say what do you do for a living? And didn't she get flowers? Would not recommend and would not use again. Rather just make my own arrangements.
