Jennifer was very patient with me and my family. We bought a phone from NFM and was having her activate the phone but the phone wasn't verifying even though it was a phone that US Cellular carried. So she gave us options and helped us out.

Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. He could slow down his speech a little, he talks really fast. My husband is hard of hearing and had trouble at times hearing him.
