Not a legit virizon store. Limited supplies and way over priced. Lady being helped paid 30 dollars for a phone charger and almost 80 for a phone cover. Definitely taken advantage of because she had no idea what she wanted so they picked for her

Zach was amazing! There was a snafu, through no fault of his, and he calmly worked the problem and got to a solution. And he was the only one working the store. He immediately and politely advised all who came in that he was working alone for the day and it would be awhile. I would definitely visit this location again.

I have NEVER had better service at ANY Verizon facility! The technician/customer service representative was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Many of my previous experiences at this facility were not as positive, but this experience was amazing! Hunter was the epitome of knowledge, skill, and personal interaction. In my experience, it is extremely rare to find any customer service representative that is as personable and diplomatic as this young man. I know that Hunter will be moving to a position in Lincoln, and I wish him well. Verizon had better try to hang on to and promote such a truly outstanding representative of their organization. Hunter truly changed my opinion of Verizon positively.

I had several issues with trying to setup a new phone line and attaching it to a preexisting plan, and I have never met a Verizon employee as dedicated and helpful as Hunter. He was confident in what he was doing, and on the few occasions where he didn't know how to proceed, he asked for help from his coworkers instead of simply giving up. It took a little while to get everything sorted, but I left the store with everything set correctly and a better plan to boot.

Don't waste your time. Go to a different store. I would strongly recommend going to a corporate store. Not one of these independent stores. There is always multiple people waiting and at most only two people working. Bought a phone and this is my third visit in less than a year for issues. Being I bought from an independent store you are limited to there store for issues. Every visit equals hours of waiting time. But you don't want to bother calling them either as you call will be automatically forwarded to a call center where you can leave a message for a callback. I've called and requested a call back 4 times and never received a call back. Top it all off after you have waited hours for help if you need to use a restroom you will have to leave because they won't let you use their restroom facilities. Then if you leave to go somewhere else for a restroom you loose your spot in line. Just save yourself a headache and go to a corporate store!!! Then if you have issues you can go to any corporate store for help

I was coming in eager to replace my phone -- quite a large purchase. The customer service was lazy and unprofessional. I am shocked at the lack of care in trying to help someone purchase and set up a new phone, it was as if I was a nuisance to them.
Do not buy cases, screen protectors, chargers or other equipment from this location either. It is over priced and low quality. I went to a Verizon location in Bellvue to rectify what they could not fix and ask the questions they were not knowledgable enough to answer in Nebraska City and it was an entirely different experience.
I had to beg the Nebraska City location for receipts and when I went to return the screen protector that had chipped in the first week of use, they told me they could not refund me only could only give me a new screen protector. I did not want to replace it as the original was terrible quality. I had already purchases a different brand at the helpful Verizon location since I trusted their recommendation and could tell they knew what they were doing. The phone screen protector costed me $70 and didn't even work correctly so I am unsure why a refund would not be possible but the associate in the shop seemed too lazy to tell me why and I wasn't going to waste my time debating. Very disappointing circumstances.
Technology doesn't come naturally to everyone and purchasing the correct phone and phone plan is a process where people could benefit from clear explanations and helpful professional guidance. You will not find that here.
Go to any other location.

Was shopping for phones and service for a small transportation business. The worker was friendly and the store was nice. I have since priced US Cellular, AT&T, Chat Mobility, and T-mobile. Verizon was absolutely the most expensive with the least available data. You were given 3 stars simply because it's my personal opinion that your service is overpriced and appears to underperform in comparison to the competition.

Very frustrating to always go in and you spend hours there not because your issue is complex but because there is generally ONE person working. Saw a lot of people leave because of the wait. Had 3 people waiting an hour, only half way through the process of setting up new phones. I would recommend maybe getting another employee to help with customers ☺️

They sadly took advantage of an older lady who does not understand the technology and that there was nothing wrong with her current phone. I tried to contact the store to talk to them and they have an answering service who tried to reach them directly and they did not answer which I understand means they are helping customers but their service left the message to contact me as soon as they could and they have not reached out. So for my mother who had a phone that she constantly shuts the volume off thinks her phone is broke because it doesn't ring now has a new phone and new 2 year contract when she didn't need it period. Be ware!

Nate, the sales person was so kind and friendly also had so much knowledge of the phones. I have been going to Saint Jo e Missouri, Not anymore it’s the Nebraska city is my new store for sure and Nate is my sales person!! Great personality!!
