“Amazing sweet staff. The doc is very patient with anxious pups. I recently had to make the appointment none of us want to for our fur baby’s to put our 13yo Jack down. He ended up passing the day before we were able to come in for it. I called to let them know and to cancel the appointment. They were so kind. Unexpectedly I got a condolences card in the mail with the staff writing their own message. It made me cry! This establishment isn’t the typical place that just wants to get pets in and out. They truly care for their patients. Thank you so so much Arbor Valley animal clinic not just for how you treated our family’s loss but for taking care of our Jack for so many years. ❤️”
