I've been going there for 5 years and they have kept Skoal in Stock for me. Since the beginning of the year they only order 1 at a time. I talked to manager she said they did not want to over order any, I told her I use more than she now orders. She didn't seem to give a crap! I stopped today to get some and they haven't ordered any since last week. They get 2 trucks a week with deliveries she just doesn't care about the customers!

I just spent 24 minutes trying to find the place to order online. Still haven't gotten it, gave up. This isn't the 1st time I wanted to order online but couldn't find it and ended up ordering from Casey's. Very poor marketing.

I stopped to get fuel and was using the Mudflap app. The young woman behind the register supposedly had no idea how to give me my loyalty points and didn't care at all to try. All because I didn't have the card. This is the second time she's done this to me. I've already talked to a manager once and will talk to them again. I spend $300-$500 there almost every week on fuel.

This place was so filthy.The poor girl that was training had a terrible trainer. She ( the trainer ) has poor customer service skills. Maybe they should put down their phones and pick up some cleaning supplies. The place is disgusting

Every morning I stop by Cubby's and the store manager Kelcie is always so nice and all the other girls back there! They make my morning every time!

I will not give my business to cubby’s in Neligh any longer. I have been treated very very rudely each time I go in to purchase anything. Customer service is very very poor. Employees do not care what they say around customers either. Very poorly ran. I only gave one star rating only because I had to. I would rather not rate them.

Place is extremely small to get a semi in. I came because with the mudflap app fuel was really cheap. I made it out but only because i backed up on to the road all willy nilly definitely not ideal. Customer service was good tho.
