The owner, Tim, is awesome. Incredibly nice and accommodating, even made an exception to his rule about dogs who bark too much by playing it by ear (literally) with mine while I was away at work the entire week. If you’re staying in Neligh, call Tim. Will 100% be back if we work out of there again.

If you’re looking for a great place to stay, look no further. The owner… Tim, extremely friendly & always willing to accommodate. I can’t stress enough about how nice he was to us. The ice machine was broken down, but he went out & bought ice for me.

Happened to pass by on my way to KC and found this gem! Great proprietors! Great scenery and even Margaritaville chairs to enjoy watching traffic go by!
