The Dollar General in Neligh, NE is a complete and absolute dumpster fire! Employees are always outside smoking (in front of the doors) the aisles are always crammed full of unboxed items, employes are constantly complaining about working conditions, wages.
On several occasions they are dropping swear words, and I have to explain to my young kids not to repeat. I have witnessed the manager yelling at customers and employees all while attempting to check out. Last time I was in the store, I waited for 5 minutes at the check out register while I could hear employees talking in one of the aisles. Do better Dollar General!

I need to adjust how I feel about this store. When I first went to it, it was a good, clean store, most employees were friendly, and there were NO CARTS OF STOCK BLOCKING THE ISLES! ALL THAT HAS CHANGED!!! Now, some employees are friendly and smile, as long as the manager isn't there! She has yelled ACROSS THE STORE AT THEM FOR PUTTING SOMETHING AWAY IN THE WRONG PLACE--the ones I have witnessed, I have been next to said employee and it has been their FIRST WEEK!!!! I HAVE YET, THE LAST YEAR OR SO, GONE IN THERE AND NOT SEEN AT LEAST ONE RACK OF MERCHANDISE IN ALMOST EVERY AISLE!!! And it really doesn't "feel" clean in there anymore. I think because of seeing how often/much the employees smoke! It does get brought in with them! It's not bad at, say, a convenient store, because of NO CLOTHES!!!

If that blinde haired store manager is there that always looks like she can't stair at you I still manager there then cooperate is dumb. In 1 year 4 people have quite at the neligh NE store.

Neligh Nebraska store does not have enough room for all of their stuff, they need a larger building or less inventory. they have one very rude employee Caroline that treats her co workers badly in front of customers and complains openly to the customers, they need to replace her with someone that actually wants to be a team player and treat others with respect, The other employees are nice and seem to work well together, customers don't want to go into a place that has a hostile vibe to it, I won't be going back to that store if she is working

Great place but the cashier is rude call people hunny and very racist I seen how rude she was to one customer and then calling my husband hunny I hope she gets fired over that
