I always have a good experience, I have been a customer for over a year. And i can't even explain how amazing the staff is. They always help me out. Especially Victor and Bob. Even getting me a blade for the lawnmower so I'm not paying for something over the winter that I wouldn't normally use. They always a step ahead and thinking of ways to please the consumers. And always respectful!!! If you use aaron's, rent a center, or ace rent to own, I would return everything and switch to arona. Literally the GOAT.

They give to much run around they do no calls and no shows leaving the customer hanging when they do come out they don’t complete the job I have a tv that turns pink u have to unplug it for a long time they have pics of it two times I took pics I changed the had cord did the same thing turn pink they come out unplugged the he cord put it back in says nothing wrong with it and left they won’t give corpate numbers at all what bad I pay on this tv every month and on time

They disrespect me saying I can't go on the property because of my background when I didn't do nothing wrong and I still have stuff paying on at arona and I feel she needs get fire because I been through them over 20 something years I will tell everyone not go through you guys because you let your workers discriminate people and they don't deserve it your customers deserve a little more respect there is a lot more people out there that has backgrounds and that has nothing to do with paying my bill or getting stuff through you guys ps if you want people go to your store take care of your workers God bless and I was getting rude by your manager Shannon Luna she the one that told me this stuff the chief of Plainview NE police told her to tell me

She was being disrespectful saying I need to leave my husband and that he wasn't allowed on the property because of his background he didn't do anything wrong I've been through U guys for a while now and I'm still paying on my things Shana Luna was being nosey and that my business not hers if it keeps up I will stop go through U guys after my things are payed off

1/5. If I could post a zero out of 5 I would. First thing wrong. Delivery men didn’t wrap the couches in any type of plastic to protect my leather, they came all scratched up. Had to wait to get new couches. Took about a month. Then they still managed to scrape up my new couches! 2nd. They kept telling me the wrong prices for the total for everything. So I had no idea what my actual balance was on everything. 3rd. Every time I would make a payment, they would say I never made one, or would exclude one of my purchases, call me saying how I never made a payment for one of my purchases, when they’re the ones that have the total balance for everything. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Worst place to lease/ rent furniture from.

So since they sold out to this company they will charge you extra to make a payment over the phone. The worst I just found out if they have your card on file they will run the payment without asking. Even though they have been told not to and to take my card off file. Will never rent from this location again
