I don’t know what’s going on there but I’m renting a couch from them and I was supposed to be only getting charged two weeks but for some reason I started getting charged for every week so I called them and they said the guy that was suing my stuff got fired or quit I don’t remember so I called headquarters and they said they would fix it yet I’m still getting texts saying my account is due every week I got the transactions to prove it so I’m just trying to find out where all my money is going

Worst company to deal with they don't work with there customers and are extremely rude/disrespectful I would definitely not recommend going to them they have poor quality stuff and they make up different prices every time and lie about stuff and they don't communicate between the boss and his employees.

This place is a joke I tell it how it is. Because back in November my husband went to treatment so we where on one income. That I had to take care of myself and my son. And we are still trying to get caught up. Now I am receiving phone calls day after day of they want there stuff back I get it. But calling my work to get ahold of me is a different level. I have no other items but to sleep on my floor????? How is that right. I get it you want money I get it but you should be working with people to not harassing them. So you have done lost my service

Excellent customer service. They welcome you well, with reasonable prices, all the questions I had are answered professionally. And they are not like the other stores that only tell you to sign here and sign there, they tell you exactly what you are going to sign before they sign. They are bilingual, they speak English and Spanish, I recommend them for those who want good service, come to this place. There is no better place than to receive help and excellent service from Maria Salgado, Dulce Salgado, Chris Simpson, and Chris Caban
