“We don’t make it to Norfolk often, but when we do it’s usually to get Raisin Canes and visit 4th street sweets. We went there the other day and got some goodies and we were not disappointed! We got a variety of things, too many to list, and all of them were delicious. Their chocolate is so creamy and perfect. Their bumble bar was my favorite! (I think that’s what it is called)
Aside from their in house made sweets being AMAZING, the man who helped us has always been so personable and friendly. We have only been in there 3 times or so, but he treats us like we are old friends. I will have to get his name next time. It’s a great little place. Definitely recommend popping in there. You will not be disappointed.”
