The lines are too long because there is only 1 person and when there is 2 it is still slow. Lines are too long and if you have to be somewhere quick go o one of the other Casey's none of the others are like this one

Service was horrible. Every time I go into this Casey’s there is only one cashier even when there is a huge line. This is the only Casey’s in Norfolk that I see it like this. It has been like this for as long as I can remember. I’ve spent a while 10 minutes in line before. It gets ridiculous. I will not be going back to this location until it changes.

There is the employee working there tonight at this our I ordered a pizza she has long hair very rude . Idk if anyone else delt with her but I ordered a pizza asked for my order she demanded I went and got my ticket then called the police on me to make her self feel great and still wouldn’t give me her name the police and I talked and still called the store and nope won’t give me a name very professional. If you need me I’m a business owner myself and would never put up with such ignorance.

The food workers are immaculate! 10/10, would recommend. The other worker at the counter was rude and not very welcoming. If you need good pizza come here!!

Coffee tasted stale and the whole coffee area looked super messy. Grounds and open container of cleaninf tablets left up top.Other parts of store looked like it need a quick sweep.Shorthaired older cashier lady was super sweet tho.

Great food. The pepperoni pizza I had was pretty great. Also, the restroom was exceptionally clean which was nice. I thought it was pretty easy to find as well. I thought the service was friendly too. Overall it was a good Casey’s. Would definitely recommend it.

9:06pm on a Friday and no pizza. I ask the girl behind the counter when the next pizza is going to be out and she said “idk, I just got here.” Didn’t bother to check with anyone about it, just went about her way. #Lazy

Busy but fast service. Employees were friendly and helpful. I recommend using the Casey's app every time you make a purchase so you can eventually cash in your points and check the app for special deals on your favorite food or drinks. I love Casey's pizza and they usually have the best prices on snacks and competitively price the fuel.

I stop once a month, traveling for work. This has been a clean place with friendly staff. Low on stock a majority of the time.

Ordered a large taco pizza and they gave me a hamburger/pepperoni instead. We didn't want to wait for them to make another pizza because the kids were already hungry. We order pizza from here all the time and they never seem to get it right. I will be switching to another pizza company
