“I am shocked at how much I love this place. I have had a membership for years and barely went because I was so nervous about group fitness classes. I'm so glad I just did it in January 2025. I have made amazing connections with amazing women in the classes. So you get a good workout plus socializing which is needed. I started out slow and increased with what works best with my schedule. I love the group fitness instructors and I love the welcome desk staff; they have all been friendly and welcoming. :) It's definitely a family friendly environment. Love all the programs they offer & love their app that shows all of the schedules.”
