Nice staff and a good selection of items. The aisles can be a little messy but it seems every Dollar General is like this. A good placement for this one because it is on a different part of town as the others.

Convenient location. Don’t always have what I need when couponing. Staff ok. The supervisor older lady on the other hand very unfriendly and rude. The times I’ve said hi she just looks at me and rolls her eyes and turn the other way. I have made it to if I really need to go I’ll go. I rather go to the one north of Norfolk. They are friendlier there. Anyway Walking in the store to yelling between a costumer and that so unfriendly lady. Wish I had recorded as she verbally mistreated a black man with his little dog. He felt discriminated. They both got into yelling each other as if there was verbally loud argument on the street He kept requesting to talk to someone in charge. She kept yelling she was the one in charge. He wanted someone higher. She said we’ll call whoever you want and didn’t give him any number. I do not know what started the argument but he was a man in a handicapped vehicle. At the end he just slowly walked away and said to his dog let’s get out of here. Then after he left the cashier was badmouthing the man with a costumer commenting he wanted to play the discrimination game. Used to go there as needed due to how rude specially supervisor woman is. Now with this. I doubt I will go there and maybe share with people of how they might be treated. Unfortunately I didn’t think of recording the incident and sent to corporate.

Great place, good value. Easy near parking, not such a huge store its too large to walk around. Friendly staff.
