I stopped at Pomp’s because there was an indicator light on that said tire monitor service needed. Nick took care of fixing it quickly and I was on my way with a smile on my face!

They first worked to save me money before I went in. Then they helped me get from their store to work and back. And they did exactly what was needed and everything works great.
They always treat my wife with respect and never attempt to up-sell with additional ‘needed’ items like other Firestones can do. Great organization and my go-to for most all normal maintenance.

1st we made an appointment online, received a confirmation, but the store didn't get the appointment. We waited an additional day to get in. They called and explained to my wife that one tire was bad, which we knew and the rest were weather checked and told her we needed a new set of tires. The tires on the truck were no more than a year and a half old. That's when she brought the phone to me. The person told me about the bad tire and didn't mention anything about the tires being weather checked or needing a new set. I explained that we had noted the tire and other things to look at when we made the appt online. I asked them to mount the spare tire in place of the bad one and we would use the bad tire as a spare. I also asked them to check the brakes as the pedal would go mushy occasionally and to determine a major squeak from a rear wheel when starting to move. They swapped the spare and aligned the truck. When we picked it up I asked about the possible brake fluid leak and the squeak, there were no notes on the ticket and the guy at the counter went to ask the mechanic. He came back saying that you really couldnt tell if the leak was a pan gasket or the rear main seal... Which in my experience neither have anything to do with brakes.
So they falsely claimed weather checked tires to my wife to sell a new set that we didn't need. Instead of admitting they didn't look at the other problems the person at the counter tried to bluff about the possible leak. The alignment seems fine but the brakes are unreliable. I doubt I will take a vehicle there again.
