We use Jerrys for everything and they’re always wonderful! We just used the Dino Wash for the first time today for our big dog and it was great. Very impressed with it like other Jerrys services, per usual! My only negative was that the water and the dryer was cold. My pup was shaking but she’s a tough gal so she handled it anyway. :) Easy fix and not even a big deal. Thanks for this guys! It helped a lot!

I locked my keys in my car 2 hours from home while shopping in Norfolk. In my desperation I called the KeyMe place I found on Google. I attempted to pay their $150 dollar charge to get my car unlocked and my bank immediately locked my bank account for fraud. My friend recommended I call Jerry Sinclair. I called and explained my problem and they promptly came to my rescue and unlocked my car on the promise that I pay them when I get my bank account unlocked. They saved my butt in an emergency situation and worked with me on payment. 10/10 can't recommended enough

Body shop is CLOSED as of this review. The gas station is open and no complaints there. What used to be the body shop off to the side is now a Valentino's.

It's the only place I get fuel...I use the Dino app...friendly service and its always clean and tidy, not like the nasty unfriendly caseys

This is absolutely the best shop in town. I've been a customer for over 10 years, always had all of my vehicles serviced with these guys. They're always on the ball and are quick & respectful, and the only shop I trust in Norfolk. I've had my fair share of vehicle problems in the past and they've always been happy to help with towing services and even loaning me a vehicle when needed.

These guys are awesome! I live south of Humphrey and work up at the Daily News, so lots of driving for me. Every time I've needed a quick repair they are always willing and able to help me out. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Great Service was received from Jerry's Sinclair today...I / we rate them a 5 star. My vehicle battery was dead with the extreme cold when I got off work today. Chad was there in no time to jump start my vehicle, to get me back to their shop to get a new battery installed at the shop. Within less than 1 hour from when the first call was made for the jump start until the new battery was installed and I was on my way home for the evening is nothing but exceptional service. Thanks to Curt, Wade, Chad and all the staff at Jerry's Sinclair for top notch service. it was greatly appreaciated and we recommend others to take advantage of the great services offered also.
