I walked in to get my watch fitted and have a link removed. That was done at no expense and they even took time to walk my wife through some of the different wedding rings. Very helpful, friendly, and informative. Great selection of citizen watches as well.

I went in yesterday to have my ring re shaped and a clasp put on a necklace that needed to be repaired. The young lady was very attentive and did a great job!
