I made a purchase online from Love & Threads and the morning after my purchase I received a personal email from Jen thanking me for my business. The owner of this store took time out of her day to ensure I was happy with my order and opened herself to any questions I may have. This small detail is why I support small businesses like this one; it genuinely made me smile! ?

Love and Threads had a dress that I had been searching for in my size for a week! I was so thrilled, and to make things even better— their customer service and prices were GREAT! I had free shipping because of the cost of my dress AND received the shipment within 3 business days of ordering with the cutest note from the store. I now have a beautiful dress for a wedding. I will be ordering here again!

Jen has done it! Ladies, this shop is what we have been looking for! They keep their page up to date, share what they have, and take the time to take online orders. I live in a small town and need online access to find styles I love! I got my package in the mail today (took a day!) it was wrapped in adorable wrapping with a personalized note! That's customer service! Even better than that, she doesn't buy just what everyone else is carrying. She goes out of her way to get items that we all think about but rarely see to buy locally. Thank you for that! I can't wait to stop in next time I'm in town!
