I want to express my gratitude towards Jake At the Norfolk branch. He made the loan process quick and easy to understand. In an age where customer service is dead, it is refreshing to know that there are still a few hidden gems.

The guy that helped me. I think his name was Jake up in Norfolk. He did a great job of explaining everything to me.He got me in early, tell me what the expectations are of this loan.I felt very comfortable with him handling this loan 10 across the board.
