It doesn’t matter if you make an appointment. If a “good customer” comes in they’ll cancel your appointment without even calling you. Go somewhere else.

Had an appointment for a week and then drove over an hour to get exhaust work done there and they canceled when I got there because they had a more important customer that they had to take care of that day. Horrible customer service. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

Performance Transmissions is a company worthy of a 5-star rating. I was stuck with a bad exhaust problem 400 miles from home. They're decent honest people to work with. They got me in quickly they got my van fixed at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them. Wish they were closer to home.
